Came for a wedding last weekend from the GTA and the staff exceeded my expectations. Did their best to give me an early check in 3 hours prior and were overall very pleasant especially Paul. As the wedding photographer, the early check in allowed me to be organized and properly prepped. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel is under renovation and we did not stay so I can't rate the rooms. We had our wedding in the back of the restaurant and a buffet breakfast. It was just right for our 40 people and the food was very good. The staff were awesome with everything we requested. We planned a small wedding due to covid restrictions. Erin our weding planner was perfect. Her attention to detail, advice and support was outstanding. A shout out to all the wonderful staff at the hotel that made our day so very special. Pau and David at the front desk Bonn and Tolu our waiters and bar servers and Jenifer and the staff at the restaurant. Graffiti’s Italian Eatery led by chief Steven at the Holiday Inn catered our wedding dinner, everything was perfect. The staff made all the effort to creat a comfortable atmosphere during the event and the stay. Thank you Holiday Inn TeamWe highly recommend the Holiday Inn for anyone looking for a wedding venue. We rented an event room for out-of-town guests at our wedding in September, and were honestly blown away by how courteous and professional everyone was. It was catered by Graffiti's, the restaurant attached to their hotel, and the the food was both delicious and reasonably priced.
