Venues across the property, including the Highland Ballroom, Algonquin Room, Birches Dining Room & Muskoka Room with Outdoor Lakeview Deck and our lakefront ceremony setting, accommodate up to 200 to guests. All of the wedding guests are provided with a preferred rate, including our Family Rooms and Theme Rooms.

We recently had our large wedding at Hidden Valley and were very pleased with the results. We used the Muskoka/Birches restaurant spaces and loved the cozy atmosphere, great views, and comfortable seating. We found them to be helpful and accommodating and appreciated their quick response time. The food was very good and they did a great job serving it to so many guests. We overall appreciated their service manager who anticipated the needs of our guests.We recently had our large wedding at Hidden Valley and were very pleased with the results. We used the Muskoka/Birches restaurant spaces and loved the cozy atmosphere, great views, and comfortable seating. We found them to be helpful and accommodating and appreciated their quick response time. The food was very good and they did a great job serving it to so many guests. We overall appreciated their service manager who anticipated the needs of our guests.

On the day of, our ceremony was moved inside seamlessly and all of the staff continually supported us upon arrival, on the day of our wedding and even after with clean up! Richard and all the other staff are hard working and very helpful. They are professional and friendly. The rooms could use some updating, but, still comfortable and the scenery and lake are beautiful. We attended a wedding here and the food was very delicious. This hotel was a wonderful wedding venue. We were so impressed with the facilities with indoor and outdoor pools, beach with kayaks, canoes and paddle boards. The children had so much fun. The Muskoka room has such a nice viewing the deck is large and perfect for a reception. The food was excellent and the staff were helpful, and responsive. Price for the 2 nights as part of the wedding block with early booking was reasonable. The hotel is older but all of the above made that irrelevant to us.This hotel was a wonderful wedding venue. We were so impressed with the facilities with indoor and outdoor pools, beach with kayaks, canoes and paddle boards. The children had so much fun. We visited for a wedding, and the staff were very nice, especially in the restaurant. The room was quiet and comfortable. You could tell this place is an older hotel, but it was clean. There is no elevator, so dragging luggage up and down the stairs was a bit tough. Be sure to specify if you need an accessible room on the 2nd floor (which is the ground floor). There is also a $30 amenities fee on top of the cost of the room, so keep that in mind when booking. The Banquet Rooms room can be used beginning at 9 AM on the day of your wedding. Earlier access can not be guaranteed until, at best, 7 days prior. If you need other arrangements, please speak to your Conference Service Manager.

CAN I BRING MY OWN BAND/DJ/AV SUPPLIER?

Yes, please do! Hidden Valley Resort does not provide such services onsite, but we can assist you in finding the right person to provide these services to you!
