The hotel does a great job hosting the event from allowing the organizing committee to decorate the hall for 2 nights to the thoughtful themed menu for adults and children to enjoy.I was at the Heritage Inn for the Little Princess Ball. The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and quick with their service. They checked up on us all night to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. The hotel itself is older, but they've done a few things to renovate and modernize in the lobby. The hall that we used is quite old, I think they could do some updating such as paint on the walls, update light fixtures, etc. But overall it's got a nice feel.We used the Heritage Inn for our wedding and I was so impressed with everything.
