CEREMONY
Your wedding ceremony will take place in the beautiful Resort Gardens. Included in the ceremony fee are white bistro-style chairs, a signing table, water station, arbor, use of the Resort sound system and microphone, as well as non-exclusive access to the Resort Gardens for photography. Please note that the tossing of flower petals, confetti, birdseed, rice, or similar items is not permitted.
In the event of inclement weather, an indoor back-up space will also be reserved for the ceremony. The decision to hold the ceremony indoors or outdoors will be made in consultation with our Banquets Team two (2) hours prior to the scheduled start time.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Food and beverage prices, along with applicable taxes (subject to change) and service charges, will be confirmed three months prior to your event date. All food and beverage, with the exception of wedding cakes, must be provided by the Resort.
The Resort offers a wide selection of wines, liquors, and beers for your reception. All beverages are charged on a consumption basis. Our staff can provide service for either a Cash Bar or a Hosted Bar. Please note that labour fees will apply if the minimum bar sales requirement is not met. Requests for corkage fees are respectfully declined.
DÉCOR
Access time to decorate your reception room will be confirmed by your Catering Manager thirty days prior to the event. Should earlier access become available, this will be noted by your Catering Manager three days before your event. Please note that early access times are not guaranteed and are subject to the discretion of the Resort.
The use of nails, glue, tape, or any other materials that may cause damage to surfaces is not permitted. Rose petals, confetti, glitter, or any similar materials are not allowed in the Gardens or banquet rooms.
Arrangements to deliver décor to the Resort prior to your event date must be coordinated with your Catering Manager. Harrison Hot Springs Resort does not maintain storage space and does not accept liability for any loss or damage to goods stored before, during, or after the event. Wedding cakes and fresh florals must be delivered on the day of the event directly to the reception room and/or bridal suite, as cold storage is not available.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photographs may be taken in the Gardens and public areas of the Resort. Suggested locations can be recommended by Resort staff. Please note that the Gardens and public areas are available on a non-exclusive basis for photography.

This is probably one of the BEST hotels in the Fraser Valley. In the summer they have a big bouncy castle you can play on and even rents boats.Had a wedding here and the hot tubs, scenery and overall experience was incredible. The staff were great, very helpful and great attention to detail when we were setting up. The food at the wedding was delicious, and the rooms themselves weren't half bad either ( mind you we didn't stay at the hotel only attended the wedding) As far as the view, how can you complain about the stunning fall leaves flowing across Harrison lake. Lake view room upgrade is well worth it and make sure you get outside to the lake at all different times of day as the view is impressive in the morning, afternoon and evening. Even at night time, it's dark enough for a sky full of stars, so make the most of your time! I was there for a wedding and the facilities were great for that as well. Really cool hotel with more hot spring pools than you can shake a stick at. Rain backup room was still made to look magical for the ceremony (which was supposed to be on the beach) on a stormy summer day. One pool is open after 11 pm which made for a nice end to the party! We were able to have fun and be a little noisy in a closed environment which I'm sure the other hotel patrons appreciated.Went to a wedding here and it was great.
