Events Spaces at Gardiner Museum 

This historic Toronto wedding and event venue has several indoor and outdoor spaces for your wedding:

• The Terrace Room: Space on the third floor of the museum, features multiple balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows and a full bar; available for ceremonies and cocktails; capacity: 250 guests cocktail-style, 140 seated 
• The Hilary and Galen Weston Foundation Hall: Beautiful outdoor space at the entrance, ideal for cocktail hour; capacity: 140 guests, cocktail-style
• Front Plaza: Museum garden terrace next to the Foundation Hall, fully licenced space for event organization; capacity: 100 guests, cocktail-style
• Community Learning Center: Space for intimate reception or meeting; capacity: 70 guests, cocktail-style
• Exhibition Hall: Adjacent to the Terrace room on the third floor, features a minimalistic design and excellent capacity of 300+ guests cocktail-style, 250 seated.

Each room rental includes a bump in time to set up the space, AV equipment and furniture.

Gardiner Museum partners with several local catering companies for food and beverages. These exclusive caterers provide various menu options, staffing, and all needed equipment.

For example, Food Dudes, the primary caterer, offers:

• Food stations: Combination of sweet and savoury appetizers and stations
• Buffet: Combination of proteins, starch, vegetables, salads, desserts and fruits
