The Ocean Pointe Reception
The Ocean Pointe Reception package is ideal for weddings of approximately 120 - 280 guests. Our Arbutus Ballroom is our most spacious and grand room in the Resort. It’s 19’ ceiling and classic fixtures make for a romantic setting, while the neutral palette and open concept maintains its adaptability to your unique vision. With an expansive foyer attached, portable dance floor, and easy load in - your options with the space are truly limitless.
** Optional add on: include the Harbour Patio for your outdoor ceremony
The Harbourside Ceremony & Reception
Our Harbourside Wedding Package is our most inclusive and popular option for medium sized weddings. Imagine your outdoor harbourside wedding ceremony, followed by a casual cocktail hour at your own private bar, ending with a night of exceptional food, drinks, and celebrations in one of our most sought-after rooms. This wedding package is sure to check all of your boxes. Guests are welcome to flow in and out of the Harbour Room to our adjoining and licensed Harbour Patio throughout the evening. But even when inside, your guests won’t have to take their eyes off the spectacular view. Situated next to the Songhees Walkway, our Harbour Room’s floor-to-ceiling windows create a breathtaking backdrop for your wedding – day and night!
The Micro Ceremony & Reception
The Micro wedding package is for those who are seeking a more intimate but still unforgettable experience. Our exclusive outdoor 6th Floor patio and Pacific Suite offer some of our best backdrops for your intimate ceremony and reception. This patio provides the wow factor that you may be looking for in your micro ceremony venue, while the Pacific Suite matches it’s grandeur with floor to ceiling windows on two sides of the room and a bright and sophisticated finish.

We also stayed at the hotel for two nights. I mainly want to thank you two people who helped us for our special day. One is Dan Carling the senior sale executive, who kindly responded to our many questions and put times for online meetings since we live in California. Secondly Julianna Tomaselli who helped us on our final organization and was there with us at our wedding day. She actually helped me walk down the isle.We had our destination wedding at this gorgeous location. We also stayed at the hotel for two nights. I mainly want to thank you two people who helped us for our special day.
