Nice hotel in a great locationNice hotel in a great location
Nice hotel in a great location, several nearby restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are clean, with amenities and shower gel that smells good unlike many other hotels I've stayed at, this one is nice. Coffee machine and smart tv, enough space to comfortably rest. Starbucks in the lobby and breakfast is standard. Gun is also good with an indoor poolNice hotel in a great location, several nearby restaurants in walking distance. Overall a great experience! Central location, great staff and clean and tidy rooms. I was there for a wedding and the suites they got were big, clean and tidy. Our stay at Novotel Mississauga during May 30th thru June 3rd 2018 was awesome. We were greeted with a warm smile and the most courteous staffs at the Front Desk. Narciso and Shannon were the two Front Desk Staff working at the time we checked in. We were given a room that had double beds, and by it being our 33rd Wedding Anniversary we requested for a room with a King size bed. Our stay at Novotel Mississauga during May 30th thru June 3rd 2018 was awesome. We were greeted with a warm smile and the most courteous staffs at the Front Desk. Narciso and Shannon were the two Front Desk Staff working at the time we checked in. We were given a room that had double beds, and by it being our 33rd Wedding Anniversary we requested for a room with a King size bed.

Our son and his new fianceé live in the condo that shares the entrance with the hotel. We have been making the trip to Mississauga from west of Ottawa frequently to meet our future daughter-in-law's parents, attend their engagement party, and going with the bride to look for "the" wedding gown. And, with the comfort and welcome we receive when we arrive at the hotel, we think of it as our home away from home. Our son and his new fianceé live in the condo that shares the entrance with the hotel. an exceptional customer experience an exceptional customer experience
We booked the Novotel because it was convenient for my son's wedding and the price was very reasonable. While it may be ranked a 3-star hotel, my family and I rank it as a 5-star because of the exceptional customer service we all received during our stay. From my very first encounter with reservations, through the many changes, Letta Reid provided an an exceptional customer experience with her patience and professionalism.We booked the Novotel because it was convenient for my son's wedding and the price was very reasonable. While it may be ranked a 3-star hotel, my family and I rank it as a 5-star because of the exceptional customer service we all received during our stay.
