- LLisa Reiche25/01/2024staff was very responsive and accommodatingstaff was very responsive and accommodatingCame for a wedding and staff was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was good, although a little pricey, however, that is not unusual for a resort/ hotel. At least there were a few dining options on site. City of Huntsville is only 10 min away, so it's possible to grab a few basics at the store and save a few bucks that way as there is a fridge in the room. Nice amenities like the gym and pool. Several gift shops.Came for a wedding and staff was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was good, although a little pricey, however, that is not unusual for a resort/ hotel. At least there were a few dining options on site. The staff at the desk were helpful to direct us to the proper ballroom, and every staff member we passed by had a smile for us. The decor for the event was classy, and the service impeccable; there was always a server within reach with refreshments. We enjoyed the dinner service immensely, the food was delicious and presented beautifully. We had to leave early due to a family issue, but it appeared the whole event was handledWe attended a wedding at the resort, and the experience was wonderful!
