Came for a wedding and staff was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was good, although a little pricey, however, that is not unusual for a resort/ hotel. At least there were a few dining options on site. City of Huntsville is only 10 min away, so it's possible to grab a few basics at the store and save a few bucks that way as there is a fridge in the room. Nice amenities like the gym and pool. Several gift shops.Came for a wedding and staff was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was good, although a little pricey, however, that is not unusual for a resort/ hotel. At least there were a few dining options on site. We attended a wedding at the resort, and the experience was wonderful! The staff at the desk were helpful to direct us to the proper ballroom, and every staff member we passed by had a smile for us. The decor for the event was classy, and the service impeccable; there was always a server within reach with refreshments. We enjoyed the dinner service immensely, the food was delicious and presented beautifully. We had to leave early due to a family issue, but it appeared the whole event was handledWe attended a wedding at the resort, and the experience was wonderful! Haley Mumby, our wedding coordinator/event specialist from Deerhurst was the most wonderful, organized, kind, helpful, mind-easing human ever. If you want a seamless wedding planning experience, and a stress-free wedding day, BOOK HERE! We just had our wedding here in June 2022, and I truly do not know where to begin about how amazing our entire wedding experience was with Deerhurst Resort!! This place is absolutely beautiful in the fall for a wedding. Especially when the ceremony is on the waters edge. Indoor rock climbing, playground equipment and arcade, of course golf...plus a pool and the river to swim in!This place is absolutely beautiful in the fall for a wedding.
