The staff (ALL of them) knew what customer service means! Their courtesy, professionalism, and smiles were so welcome and appreciated!! We got our room, dinner voucher, and breakfast voucher plus the heated garage for the night. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. They were very busy the night of our dinner which caused a delay in getting our meal, but they made up for it! 100% recommend. Room was a little on the smaller side, but it was very clean with modern Decor.Fantastic stay!! We absolutely love the snowmobilers package. Considering every hotel likes to have kids at the farthest end possible, which makes for a very long walk. Made it easy to get to our clothes. Now let’s talk service! My son left his phone there and we were pulling 12 hr drive days so driving back was impossible. They actually mailed it to us! Now that is one heck of a happy 5 year old (only watches kids YouTube) Loved this place on our exhausting trip! Rooms had extra touches that made it feel better than home. Ground floor was so nice.
