Our main dining room and Rundleview Room give you flexible options for ceremonies, receptions, and dance floors, and in season you can also choose an outdoor ceremony with the mountains as your backdrop.

We offer in-house catering with buffet or plated options, late-night snacks, and thoughtful accommodations for dietary needs, plus a full bar with host or cash bar choices. Tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and standard room set-up are included, so you can focus your budget on the fun, personal touches.

You’ll work directly with our Events Manager from first enquiry through to your wedding day to plan layouts, timelines, and menus. FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is it like working with you as our venue coordinator?

Working with me is relaxed, organized, and very down-to-earth. I know most couples don’t plan weddings every day—I do, and my job is to make this feel easy and clear for you.

I’ll walk you through each step, from your first tour to final details, with straightforward information, timelines, and realistic options that fit your day. You can expect honest answers, lots of “here’s what usually works well,” and a calm, friendly point of contact who’s rooting for you the whole way.

How do you communicate with couples?

Email is my main go-to so we can keep everything in writing and easy to refer back to, but I’m always happy to jump on a call or meet in person for bigger planning chats or walkthroughs.

You can expect:

  • Clear, detailed answers (no jargon, no guessing)
  • Realistic timelines and reminders for when decisions are due
  • Quick responses during office hours (typically Monday–Friday)

My goal is that you never feel “in the dark” about what’s happening or what’s next.

What can we expect on the wedding day itself?

On the day, my focus is making sure everything we’ve planned actually happens—smoothly and on time.

You can expect me and our team to:

  • Have your layout, décor, and timing ready as discussed
  • Coordinate with our kitchen/bar team and your key vendors on arrival
  • Troubleshoot quietly in the background so you can stay present with your guests

You shouldn’t have to manage logistics in your wedding clothes—that’s what we’re here for.

How flexible are you with timelines, layouts, and special requests?

Within our space and staffing, I do my best to be as flexible as possible. If you have a unique idea—like a first look in a specific spot, a late-night snack, or a special seating layout—tell me early so we can see what’s realistic.

I’ll always be honest about what will work well, what might be tight, and what we can tweak to make your vision fit our venue.

When do we need to finalize details like guest count, menu, and timeline?

Typically, final guest numbers, menu selections, and key timeline details are due about two weeks before your wedding date. This gives our kitchen and bar team enough time to order, prep, and staff appropriately.

Don’t worry—I’ll send reminders as we get closer and provide a checklist so it doesn’t feel overwhelming.

Do you help with décor and setup?

We provide the basics (tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and our standard room setup), and we’re happy to place simple items like table numbers and favours.

For more detailed décor (elaborate arches, large installs, or very custom styling), most couples either DIY with their crew or hire a décor/florist team. I’m always happy to chat through what’s realistic for our space and timing and recommend local vendors if needed.

How do you handle different dietary needs?

Dietary needs are something we take seriously. Once you have your RSVPs, you can send me a list of dietary requirements, and we’ll work with our kitchen to make sure everyone is safely accommodated.

I’ll let you know:

  • Which menu options already work for certain diets
  • Where we’ll provide separate plated meals
  • How we’ll label or communicate options to guests

The goal is that your guests feel cared for and you feel confident they’re looked after.

What kind of couples do you love working with?

I love working with couples who want a day that feels like them—whether that’s laid-back and casual or more formal with all the little details. If you care about good food, a fun atmosphere, and treating your guests well, we’re probably a great fit.

You don’t need to know all the answers or all the terminology—that’s what I’m here for. Bring me your vibes, your priorities, and your questions, and we’ll build from there.

What’s one thing you wish every couple knew before booking?

That you don’t have to have it all figured out on day one. You just need your date, a general vision, and a rough idea of guest count and budget. The details come together over time, and I’ll help you prioritize what actually matters and what you can happily skip.
