Wedding Spaces at Candle Lake Golf Resort
The resort hosts ceremonies only in conjunction with the receptions with a significant discount. If you decide to host only the ceremony at Candle Lake Golf Resort, the price increases. Exchange vows outdoors, at the stunning wedding gazebo between the clubhouse and the lake.
The ceremony area runs alongside the 18th hole, next to the lake, creating a postcard-perfect setting.
The venue offers up to 300 chairs for your ceremony.
Explore the following spaces at the Candle Lake Golf Resort for your memorable reception:
- Eagle Room: Modern space with vaulted ceilings and panoramic lake views, connected to the adjoining deck; available for full or half-day rental, capacity: 200 people at round tables
- Birdie Room: Smaller space of the same style as Eagle room; capacity: 100 guests
- Eagle and Birdie Room: An option for large-scale receptions; capacity: 275 people
Catering at Candle Lake Golf Resort
From May to October, Fridays and Saturdays at Candle Lake Golf Resort require in-house catering service. Weddings organized outside this period can include a third-party caterer.
Candle Lake Golf Resort wedding menus consist of:
- Hot and cold appetizers (your choice)
- Plated dinner or Dinner buffet
- Optional menu enhancements
- Breaks and snacks
- Kids menu
Bar service is available as a host and cash bar, offering diverse beverage lists. The venue provides one bartender per 125 guests. If you have more guests, you’ll have to pay an additional bartender’s fee.

We got to enjoy our day and enjoy the cabins and family all in one place. Everything was in walking distance. The golf course was so fun to get a few rounds in. The wedding meal was so delicious, so many guests commented how good it was. We couldn’t have asked for more. ❤️It was Devon and I’s wedding weekend, and Nathalie and Bryan were so amazing accommodating for some hiccups that went On, like all weddings have. We got to enjoy our day and enjoy the cabins and family all in one place. Everything was in walking distance. The golf course was so fun to get a few rounds in. Our guests came from all over Canada were so impressed with the resort. Cabins were well equipped and comfortable. New hotel rooms are beautiful. The owners, Natalie and Brian were so kind and amazing to deal with. Constantly checked in with us upon arrival and continued to do so during our stay.We had our wedding at the resort on July 16th and could not be happier. Our guests came from all over Canada were so impressed with the resort. Cabins were well equipped and comfortable. New hotel rooms are beautiful. The owners, Natalie and Brian were so kind and amazing to deal with. Constantly checked in with us upon arrival and continued to do so during our stay.

Some of the previous reviews I must say left us wondering but new owners have taken the place to a new level. Every single staff member was so friendly. The owners took special care of our group and the food was amazing. ||We rented a small cabin with a loft, it was clean and nicely appointed. The only two things we found was the loft was difficult to access and the the pillows were a little soft.We had a family wedding at this resort in July. Some of the previous reviews I must say left us wondering but new owners have taken the place to a new level. Every single staff member was so friendly. The owners took special care of our group and the food was amazing. ||We rented a small cabin with a loft, it was clean and nicely appointed. The only two things we found was the loft was difficult to access and the the pillows were a little soft.
