I was nervous because of other reviews but the staff were helpful and accommodating. We came here for our honeymoon. Our original room had a breaker issue which we were patient to wait and have fixed but the staff upgraded our room instead. It also is a little tricky if you are out and about after hours. Just ask the staff to show you how to get back in. It's easy once you know. Gorgeous rooms and so clean. Friendly staff. Great food and drinks. Best hotel experience I have ever had. Our server was very patient with our young kids and made great suggestions to accommodate them. Great selection of craft beer and generous food portions. The service and food was incredible. I wish I could remember the names of the servers as they were awesome. We had pizza and beet salad and the shrimp appetizer.
