It's a lovely place to have a wedding with lots of wonderful photo ops due to all the historic buildings. The service and food was also excellent. Just a tip, if you want to have an outdoor wedding, make sure you do it in the summer as it gets quite cold in the evening in the fall.I attended a wedding here. The food was fantastic, the on site event organizer was amazing like having a personalized wedding planner. The staff made getting married as stress free as possible. My guests raved about the food and how beautiful the venue was. The pictures turned out amazing! I'd recommend the venue to anyone. It's also a very cool place to just spend the day with the family!Got married here in October! The staff were very professional and your plate was never empty. The walk to the Pavilion was a little difficult on uneven ground, for elderly guests and not well lit in the dark.Attended a wedding reception here. Lovely venue, outside but under a pavilion. Would highly recommend for your wedding needs. As a makeup and hairstylist the getting ready area was massive and had great Lighting.Came here to work a friend's wedding. As a wedding photographer, I shoot weddings all across Canada, so Ive seen hundreds of indoor/outdoor venues throughout my career, but I was absolutely amazed when I photographed a wedding here! There are SO many spots that have beautiful sunlight peaking through which gives your images that glowly dreamy look! The grounds are beautiful maintained.I didnt know Black Creek Pioneer Village was a wedding venue, but I'm REALLY glad they are because its nothing short of gorgeous!
