Venue Rental Options at Ambassador Golf Club

Several function spaces at this Essex golf course wedding venue are available for ceremony and reception:

• Outdoor patio: Semi-covered location for alfresco ceremonies, available for a maximum of 50 people
• Outdoor pad: Open space with a capacity of 100 people for a charming wedding ceremony; comes equipped with 70 white plastic chairs or 100 wooden chairs available for rent
• Tuscan grill: Modern indoor space for intimate receptions, opens up to the terrace patio; can be combined with the main ballroom for indoor ceremony and reception.
• Main ballroom: The shining star of the Ambassador Golf Club, a majestic ballroom with great views of the golf course; capacity: 200 - 250 guests, but it can be divided to accommodate more intimate receptions.

Reception rooms include a podium, microphone, chiavari chairs and dance floor. The venue offers white, ivory or black table linen and napkins at a cost.

Wedding Menu and Bar Service at Ambassador Golf Club

The executive chef at the club offers a custom wedding menu for your special day, focused on Mediterranean cuisine with global influences. However, the team also caters to cultural weddings and prepares Asian, Indian, Japanese and Greek wedding menus.  

All food is prepared onsite, from high-quality fresh ingredients. 

Ambassador provides plated and family-style service at the same price. Your options for each course are diverse. Some of the choices for each course are the following:

• Appetizers: Crostini, deli skewers, veggie spring rolls
• Antipasti & Soup: Antipasto bar, butternut squash soup, pasta e fagioli
• Insalata & Pasta: House, Fattoush, penne pomodoro
• Main: Roast chicken breast, veal Milanese, braciole, bistecca alla fiorentina
• Vegetables and potatoes: Stem on carrots, glazed carrots, asparagus, scalloped potatoes

Vegetarian options and custom dishes are available through consultation with the chef. 

Cake cutting and plating service is available.

Ambassador Golf Club offers banquet open bar service, which consists of:

• The flat fee a client pays for each guest (covers bartender, glassware, ice, pop and juice)
• Set price for all standard shots and beer products
• Higher fee for all premium bar items
• You can bring your own wine, and the club will charge a corkage fee per bottle
