Venue Features
The Oaks Ranch is a hacienda-inspired venue, with a unique combination of elegance and boho aesthetics. It includes a spacious alfresco area, a fully equipped modern function room with French doors opening into the gorgeous lawn and a poolside patio for 80 people.
Outdoor ceremony locations include:
- The lawn
- Olive grove
Reception venues are:
- Restaurant and Pool area: Available as part of the complete venue buyout; capacity: 80 people sit-down, 120 standing guests
- Bentley Room: Spacious indoor area; capacity: 80 people sit-down, 120 standing guests; it can accommodate more guests, a maximum of 100 people extra if you rent additional furniture from a third-party vendor
- Olive Grove: Outdoor area for intimate weddings; capacity: 20-40 seated people, 50 standing
Included with the venue hire for the ceremony and reception are:

The venue provides boutique accommodation for 30 guests and additional facilities, such as a golf course, magnesium pools and fishing sites.
Wedding Catering and Drinks
The Oaks Ranch is a modern venue with flexible food and beverage packages. The team highly recommends visiting the venue to experience the atmosphere and get inspiration for your wedding day.
Drink packages include 4, 5 or 6 hours of bottomless service with an extensive selection of wines, domestic, international and craft beers, ciders and non-alcoholic drinks. You can also pay for drinks by consumption, and you’ll have to preselect the drinks available.
Catering options are:
- Canapé menu for standing events: Your choice of 6 hot or cold canapé items, and 2 substantials
- Plated menu for sit-down events: Two or three-course plated wedding menu with canapés on arrival
- Banquet/share menu: A selection of dishes served share-style and
Couples hosting weddings at The Oaks Ranch receive discounts for accommodation on-site. Booking of a minimum of two nights is required for the weddings.

Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar and lovely pool with beautiful views to match. The food for dinner was excellent with a great selection of wines and great beers on tap. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. My wife and daughter loved the kangaroo's that were everywhere to see. We really felt relaxed and refreshed after our stay. Nothing was a hassle, they were just as excited to make things happen as we were. The ranch still has it's old school charm but now with a new energy and beautiful 5 star décor. You can see and feel the effort that has gone into bringing this place some new life. You absolutely will not regret booking an event here or enjoying a retreat. This place, the owners and the staff will always have a special place in our heart. The owners and staff were amazing, absolute legends.
