We visited the Sheraton due to 10 years wedding anniversary with husband at first time. We heard magnificent reputations from friends who already visited here. Everyone made comments as excellent service and friendly with staff. It’s absolutely true!!! Even first day to arrive in Sheraton, we felt welcoming from Heebok Choe Lobby Embassor. He was a great to provide the customer service and given the explanation of attractions in Port Douglas until room was ready. This resort is amazing.This resort is amazing.
Wow! We stayed for our honeymoon, this resort is amazing. We had a swim out room on a small lagoon which was gorgeous. Stunning pools, delicious cocktails, food was good however it took quite a while to get food, Breakfast was outstanding though. Shuttles in to town were quick and reliable.Wow! Booked for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and could not recommend the Hotel enough. The resort is awesome, wonderful pools and gardens and so relaxing. The location is sensational on the beach within walking distance of Port Douglas. The food was excellent and chose to eat at the Hotel every night. All the staff were great to deal with from check in to check out and a very special thank you goes to Candy who looked after us in the restaurants and made us feel so special [...]Booked for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and could not recommend the Hotel enough. Checked into this property for our wedding. Really friendly reception staff. Went out of their way to help move our bags to our room. Gave us an upgrade without asking so that it was easier to get ready on our big day! Room was really clean and well maintained. Smart tv. Champagne on arrival. Food at the restaurants located at the hotel were amazing and so accommodating! The pools - well if you've been there, the pools need no explanation. We took our large family of 18 for 5 days and had several rooms all well appointed, spacious and very modern with a hint of romance. There’s absolutely no need to leave the resort as it’s all covered. From breakfast at Feast for their famous buffet or Lagoon House for an Asian inspired a-La-carte menu.
