We love all celebrations of love, big or small! We can host weddings with up to 150 guests, 120* seated or 150 cocktail style. *We can seat up to 120 guests in both barn or marquee spaces, additional tables/chairs can be hired to seat additional guests in the marquee.
Absolutely. We have multiple locations to choose from at the farm! We provide all ceremony furniture and set up on the day. No need for your guests to travel between locations!
We have you covered (literally!). Our "Plan B" is just as stunning as Plan A. Our garden marquee provides a gorgeous, weather-protected space for ceremonies that still offer that outdoors vibe without the damp feet.
Yes! We offer a luxury Glamping Village featuring high-end bell tents for your wedding party or guests. It’s the perfect way to keep the magic alive well after the last dance. We have ten tents that sleep 2 guests each. We also have multiple accommodation locations within 10-15min from the farm for additional guests to choose from. Geelong CBD is only 15min away.
Absolutely! We want your wedding to taste like you. While we have a curated list of incredible preferred caterers who know our kitchen inside-out and Food Trucks to perfect any cocktail style wedding, we are open to discussing external professional catering teams to ensure your menu is exactly what you’ve envisioned.
Yes you can! As we are not a winery, restaurant or cafe, we let our couples choose the beverages that they would like for their wedding day. We even have suppliers that calculate exactly what you will need for your big day. They deliver it to our cool room before your wedding and buy back any unopened alcohol afterwards! This saves you the headache of buying and transporting it yourselves, saves you thousands on drink packages sold to you by a venue and the peace of mind knowing that you know you won't run out of alcohol on your wedding night!
It wouldn't be a farm wedding without your best friend! We are 100% pet-friendly for your ceremony—we love seeing "Dogs of Honor" walking down the aisle.
Absolutely! We understand that most couples have never planned a wedding before. We do it everyday so are more than happy to help! Within a few weeks of securing your wedding day, you will have a pre planning meeting with one of our wedding planners. During this meeting we will recommend suppliers who will work within your style and budget, plan our your event order times and design a floor plan. This information sets you off on the right foot to plan your perfect day. We offer unlimited emails and calls between your pre planning meeting and your final in person planning meeting (usually 3-4 months before your wedding day). So even though we are classed as a DIY venue, you are never alone!
Yes! There are always at least two Rocklea Staff members on site on a wedding day. The day crew is headed by your on day coordinator who sets up your designed floor plan and personal decor items, assists your suppliers with setting up, welcomes your guests and the bridal party. The night crew is headed by your night manager who will work with your MC to ensure that your event order runs smoothly and to plan. Our staff are there to make sure that you never have to think about what to do next, we are their every step of the way.
