This outdoor Hunter Valley wedding venue has three dedicated spots for your ceremony:

• By the Vines: Scenic location with Hunter Valley landscapes and vines in the background; seating capacity: 40 chairs 
• The Chapel: Beautiful indoor space with timber details and a warm atmosphere, also a wet weather alternative; seating capacity: 200 chairs
• Outside, in front of the Chapel: Use a chapel as a background for your vows exchange; seating capacity: 40 chairs

Each wedding ceremony at the Peterson House comes with the following inclusions: 

• Seating for your guests

• Sound system, consisting of two microphones and integrated Spotify 
• Two pillars and urns with flowers
• Signing table and chairs 
• Air-conditioning and fans for the chapel

Cocktail Hour at Peterson House

After you complete the ceremony, the venue’s staff serves drinks and canapés, while your guests can enjoy the views! Choose between two locations for cocktail hour: Chapel bar and Canapé deck. Cocktail hour at Peterson House can include the following:

• Post-ceremony cheese platter
• Grazing table
• Champagne tower
• Canapé service for one hour

Wedding Reception at Peterson House

Memorable wedding celebrations at Peterson House are arranged at the marquee, the chapel and an on-site restaurant.

Marquee is an elegant glass-panel door vineyard structure for a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 300 guests. Venue inclusions are the following:

• White tablecloth, linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware
• Staff and cleaning 
• Four white ornate easels
• Draping, chandeliers, fairy lights
• Furniture
• Air-conditioning

The romantic chapel at Peterson House accommodates a minimum of 50 guests and a maximum of 120 guests for the wedding reception.

The Cuvee, an on-site restaurant, hosts receptions with a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 100 guests.

Wedding Package at Peterson House

The price for the wedding at Peterson House is calculated based on your ceremony fee and price per guest. Basic package, subject to customisation, contains:

• 30-minute canapés service
• Two alternate-serve entrees
• Two alternate-serve mains
• Five-hour standard beverage package
• Cutting and platting your cake

For entree and main dish, expect a diverse selection of dishes showcasing modern Australian cuisine with European and subtle Asian influences, featuring options like Pork belly with fruit and grilled barramundi with Mediterranean pasta.

You can upgrade the package by adding the following:

• Dessert
• Extra sides: fries, garden salad, roasted potatoes
• Late night snacks

Alternative to this seated menu is a banquet menu, a sumptuous feast.
