Surrounded by a series of small open gardens and a larger private Hedged Garden, the landscaped grounds of the Berry Courthouse offer a variety of delightful locations for wedding photographs.
The private Hedged Garden has been specifically designed for weddings and functions, and is a sea of green and colour, with year-round interest.
WEDDINGS & EVENTS IN BERRY
The Berry community welcomes visitors and in particular wedding guests to our picturesque historic town. Our town has everything you need to make the planning of your event as easy as possible, from caterers and photographers to stylists and celebrants. Importantly, by holding your wedding or event at the Berry Courthouse you are helping our Conservation Committee protect and preserve this historically significant building for the future. And you will love it!
SPACE AND FACILITIES
The Private Hedged Garden is approximately 12 metres by 30 metres, and can hold up to 90 people for a wedding ceremony or function.
The main Berry Courthouse room is approximately 7 metres by 9 metres, and can also hold up to 90 people (standing) or 70 people seated.
There is a maximum number of 90 people for any of our bookings for either the garden or the hall.
There are toilets and a kitchen but because of the heritage nature of the building there are no cooking facilities. The Courthouse is equipped with the following: refrigerator, microwave, sink, urn and table/bench space. Please provide this information to your preferred caterers.
We also have 70 white “Gladiator” chairs and 6 x 1.8 metre long tables available for hire at excellent rates.
