Weddings at The Ballarto Room

The Ballarto Room is a Seaford Hotel gem, a place for outstanding weddings. The room is spacious and supports different floor layouts, for seated and standing celebrations. The maximum room capacity is 220 guests for cocktail-style events and between 120 and 160 for seated events with or without a dance floor.

The Ballarto Room is available for a 5-hour room hire. The inclusions are :

Weddings at The Belvedere Room

Seaford Hotel can host your romantic ceremony in the Belvedere Room, which is also suitable for more intimate cocktail receptions under 90 guests. There are 40 ceremony chairs available for the Belvedere Room.

The room has a private bar, entertainment lighting, bar tables and lounge furniture. The hire for the ceremony is three hours and for reception five hours. 

Wedding Menus at Seaford Hotel

Seaford Hotel delivers exceptional cocktail packages, and classic seated and buffet menus. There are also plenty of menu enhancements available and customisation options.

A cocktail package is available for weddings with 40 guests upwards. A typical cocktail menu includes your choice of ten canapés and tea and coffee stations. Optionally, you can upgrade the package with two or four canapé items per person and delicious platters, such as antipasto, fresh sandwiches and seasonal fruits.

If you want to add dessert to your cocktail wedding menu, include a platter with assorted desserts.

The set menu, for weddings of 40 guests and upwards, contains your choice of two or three courses, a kids’ menu, coffee and tea service, and a standard beverage package. Upgrade the package with half an hour of canapé service before the dinner.

A buffet package is available for a minimum of 60 guests and includes your choice of buffet menu, coffee and tea service and standard beverage package. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a premium package and expand the list of drinks with fine wines and craft beers.

Optional enhancements available for every package are:
