Ceremony and Reception Facilities at Apollo International

Wedding ceremonies are organised in the garden, under the stunning rotunda. After the ceremony, Apollo staff can serve sparkling wine and canapés, while you enjoy the photo session in the picturesque Apollo gardens.

When it is time for dining, the team will guide your guests to the indoor reception area: Apollo room, accommodating up to 90-110 seated people or 180 guests for standing events. Two smaller function rooms, Apollo 1 & 2 are suitable for intimate weddings from 40 to 60 guests.

Wedding Packages at Apollo International 

The experienced team at Apollo International will help you choose the ideal package and customise it to your budget and preferences. 

Seated wedding package features:

• Function room hire until 11 pm and additional breakout room
• Chef’s choice of canapés and sparkling wine outdoors
• 2-course dinner alternate serve
• Coffee and tea
• Reception furniture and essentials, Tiffany chairs, table cloths, napkins
• Dance floor
• Microphone and Bluetooth connectivity
• Accommodation for the couple in a luxury suite with chocolate, sparkling wine and breakfast

Besides reception essentials, venue hire and accommodation, the cocktail wedding package at Apollo features:

• Cheese platters or grazing stations and a glass of sparkling wine 
• Two hours’ canapé service with 4 hot and 4 cold items
• Wedding cake cutting and plating
• Optional: extra canapés and grazing station

The packages don’t include a ceremony gazebo and chairs, but you can pay extra. For a set fee, you can add beverage packages, desserts and kids' meals.

Beverage packages at Apollo International last 3 to 5 hours and include beer, wine and soft drinks. The standard package features preselected 3 standard beers, one premium, and 2 reds and 2 white wines.

Lastly, an intimate wedding package is for gatherings of between 10 and 30 guests. Receptions take place in smaller function rooms, such as James White, a cozy space with a balcony offering great views of the garden.

A two-course meal and cheese platter are included in the intimate wedding package.

All packages also grant you a discounted fee for your guests’ accommodation in hotel guestrooms.
