Whether it is an intimate affair or a lavish celebration, Woodborough Hall boasts four decadent and distinct function rooms.
You can exchange your vows in the sunlit Orangery or host a wedding breakfast with 70/80 guests in attendance. Alternatively, you could do the same in the Dining Room, although the capacity caps at 40. On the other hand, the stylish Lounge Bar can accommodate up to 120 guests, making it well-suited for receptions and dancing the night away. The Private Dining Room is perfect for cosy gatherings of 18 and allows you to toast to the future with your nearest and dearest. Five guest suites are also available for the comfort and convenience of your loved ones. With views of Woodborough's rolling hills and lawns, they are designed to help unwind.

- DDan and Beth15/01/2025Everything we had dreamt of.Everything we had dreamt of.Our wedding day was absolutely all we could have wanted and more from start to finish. We enquired in Jan 2024 about an intimate October Twilight wedding for 45 guests and honestly the girls we just so helpful from that point onwards. Nothing was too much trouble, every question was answered (and there were a lot of questions) and we felt really well looked after throughout. All the staff at Woodborough Hall are so incredibly lovely, and so wonderful at what they do- this is something our guests commented on after the wedding! We were kindly able to set up the night before as the orangery wasn’t in use. The staff couldn’t do enough to help bring our vision to life, meaning we could get ready on our wedding day knowing everything was in place and ready to go. With us having our wedding in October we were a bit worried about the British weather so created a plan for both wet and dry weather. Fortunately we had lovely weather so we were able to spill out onto the patio during the canapé reception allowing our guests to enjoy the beautiful grounds. We returned to the orangery for our stunning wedding breakfast, honestly we’ve no idea how the kitchen staff did it- Our guests still talk to us about how beautiful the meal was and that it’s the best wedding meal they’ve had! Which is amazing as the food was so important to us when choosing our venue. We then had an evening of cocktails and music, along with a gorgeous cheese board, which went down an absolute treat. Our guest left and our immediate family stayed in the beautiful suites at Woodborough Hall, which are nothing short of incredible. We are so beyond grateful to everyone at Woodborough Hall for making our wedding day the most magical day we could have imagined. From start to finish everything ran so smoothly and there’s not a thing we would have changed. If you’re thinking of booking your wedding at Woodborough Hall you absolutely won’t regret it. Woodborough Hall was the first and last wedding venue I visited. The moment I set eyes on the building, walking In and meeting the Team my plans were set in motion. Samantha and Jenny assisted myself with all my ideas and guided me with making all my thoughts become reality. I felt at ease and I was aware I was in good hands as Samantha and Jenny are extremely knowledgable and professional. The Head Chef provided us with a lovely bespoke seasonal Menu which my guests are still talking about. Everyone loved it . The Events Team catered for ourselves and guests the whole day/night and I can honestly say that they were all amazing My Husband and I plus our guests booked all 5 rooms out for the night. Once again this is still being talked about as everyone had such a perfect time . We had breakfast In the morning and then set off for our Honeymoon to Bali All I can say is I wish I could have this day all over again as it was truly the Best day of our lives Woodborough Hall will always remain a very special place for us, and we cannot wait to visit the Woodborough Hall Team again Thank you for giving us the best day Katie and Lee Our special day was held at Woodborough Hall in June 2024 and we could not of wished for a better day. Yes, couples can build their own packages by choosing either our full day or twilight offerings. We also offer a weekend wedding package where you can hire our venue for three days of celebrations.
Can I get married at Woodborough Hall?
Yes, we are licensed to host 100 guests for the ceremony and have a specialist wedding team on hand to ensure everything goes smoothly.
