Congratulations from the team at Weymouth Pavilion.
With a full license for marriages and with its superb location next to the beach and bay, it offers an ideal place to spend your special day. All the rooms enjoy stunning views and there is a first floor balcony perfect for photographs with the sea and cliffs providing a spectacular backdrop!
Why not give yourselves and your guests a unique experience by getting married on the Theatre Stage …the possibilities are endless…With starlight backdrop and beautiful silk columns which can, along with the rest of the stage, be lit to suit the colour scheme of your wedding, a truly magical setting can be yours. You can even let your imagination run wild with further theming to create a more dramatic effect on stage!
Following the ceremony we have the Ocean Room, with its starlight ceiling canopy, which gives the perfect place for the wedding breakfast and evening party. The room has lovely sea views, a maple sprung dancefloor, large stage for any band/entertainment and a good-sized bar also in the room which means everyone stays together. The room can be positioned to suit arrangements from 40 to 300 guests with a full range of in-house catering available. A wide selection of tasty menus for buffets and table service meals, all arranged to suit your tastes and budget, are available. Various drinks options are also offered for you.
For small ceremonies and/or receptions we have the Piano Bar and Sun Deck Suite both suitable for up to 60 people, both with stunning views and access to the Balcony.

There is general information below regarding receptions and ceremonies (priced for 2021) but please of course get in touch if you have any queries or require additional details.
WEDDING CEREMONY/RECEPTIONS: The Ocean Room is the ideal location, with lovely sea views and a bar within, means all of the guests stay together throughout and various layouts are available to suit all sizes of party. Ocean Room hire includes the following:-
• Tables and chairs arranged as required
• White tablecloths
• All necessary place settings for dining
• Large bar open and staffed
• Use of stage and stage lighting for any entertainment you may wish to book
• Colour themed room lighting - in a colour of your choice
• Microphone for speeches
• Connection for your laptop or device to play background music via the in-house p.a. system (please note this is NOT suitable for bands or other
entertainers)
• £1,320 (inc vat) - you would then simply have to add the per head cost of your chosen menu and any drinks you wish to pre order.
All catering is in-house - buffets, table service meals and any specific menu requirements/budgets can of course be discussed.
CEREMONIES: Our Theatre is licensed for wedding ceremonies, the stage can be lit with a colour to suit your theme or dramatic effects can be added. red. The hire charge for this is £1560 (inc vat). The cost of having your ceremony in the Ocean Room is £900.00.

It was very intimate and exactly what we wanted. As we’re over 4 hours drive away, we didn’t get to meet Jane before the ceremony so all communication was done via email. Jane was fantastic and catered to all our needs. The room itself was fantastic value for money as you actually get to use of two rooms included in the price. The rooms were freshly renovated and clean and there’s a private entrance for people like me who don’t want the attention of walking through the main doors. Plenty of opportunity and places for photos! We were just left to it in the day which I liked and everything was simple and stress free ❤️ Emily Robinson Had my wedding here last weekend in the sunroom. - JJo and PJ06/08/2021I cannot recommend the Pavilion enough and we fully intend to book their services again ...I cannot recommend the Pavilion enough and we fully intend to book their services again ...My husband and I got married on June 5th this year after Covid postponed our wedding from the year before and what a day was had by all. We cannot thank Phil and Jane enough for all the hard work and effort that they put into ensuring that we had a special day to treasure forever at Weymouth Pavilion...especially as our wedding was during a time the pavilion was also acting as a hub for Covid vaccines. Any concerns or queries we had were dealt with promptly and communication during the build up was on point we never had any worries for long as Jane and Phil made sure we had all the information we needed and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and requests including communication of our booking of a celebrity wedding singer and ensuring things went smoothly with the entertainment remaining a secret till the very last minute. On the day everything ran incredibly smoothly our day was perfect in a beautiful setting (including a amazing outside sea view for photos) with beautiful scenery the ocean room is very spacious and Jane was present with her lovely and bubbly personality ensuring all our guests ...and myself and my new husband were catered for and well looked after all throughout the day. I don't think anything more could've been done that would've made the day any more special and a lot of that was down to the team at the pavilion for all their hard work and effort into giving us the best day ever . What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A bride had a photo of her late father in a heart shaped locked in her bridal bouquet, it was as though her father was walking her down the aisle. It was a very poignant moment for me personally as my father had passed away 9 months before I got married - I could feel her emotion.
