Steph was very professional, experienced and a dream to work with throughout our day. Dale on Reception was outstanding and couldn't do enough for us. The bar staff were also very hard working and worked with us all to make our day spectacular.It was a lovely day Charlotte and the staff worked so hard. Fitz (DJ) was an absolute hit, everyone was talking about how amazing he was, the music was brilliant, he got involved and had a dance, it was fab. The bar staff were wonderful, all so joyful and dancing. It went so fast. The room looks great, I was worried about cake/balloon/mirror man arriving while I was getting ready but I didn't hear a peep and it was just all done. The food was great (people said, I forgot to eat as was having a great time).We had THE best time. Charlotte always responded to any questions we had before the wedding very promptly, nothing was too much for her.
