- SSarah & Neil12/11/2025The best day of our lives!!The best day of our lives!!We got married on the 8th November 25, I can not fault Donna and her team at the Village in Dudley, nothing was too much trouble. It was Donna that sold the venue to us, she really knows her stuff and if you have nay questions or are unsure of anything she is always there to help. Our wedding day was perfect, Donna was with me all the way and Gemma and her team were amazing. I would definitely recommend The Village in Dudley to get married. The only thing I would say is if you stay there the night before there is no bridal suite, which was fine but the lighting in the rooms to get hair and make up done isnt the best. But we still all looked beautiful. All of the staff couldn't do enough for us. Special thanks to Donna for organising everything, Gemma for being an absolute superstar and the chef the good was outstanding! The day of the wedding went so smoothly Gemma was brilliant she helped with even putting my shoes on to even seeing I was hot and my fan died she got hers and let me use it, she always checked in on both me and my newly husband making sure we were the first to have our foods. Once Gemma had finished for the night we had dean I think his name was he was also great. The bouncers who were there as well always opened the double doors for me to walk through, caught having a little dance in the hallway. Couldn’t have asked for better staff helping us with our special day. Customer service from staff was brilliant and helpful. Big shout out to Donna for arranging the perfect event for me and the bride. Breakfast was very tasty and will always advice to take the breakfast option if you can. Our food for the evening was amazing, chose the bbq buffet option and everything was fresh and full of flavour. Would happily stay here again.Had my wedding reception here. Nothing was to much trouble, the whole day the staff went above and beyond for us. My Daughter had one of the best days of her life. From the venue to the staff to the food everything was perfect , Donna helped us organise our wedding she was amazing! Donna even helped us get a bouncy castle in there for the kids too! Gemma was the best in the day she made sure our day was perfect, the room looked amazing with the lights and flowers plus the food was great! Thankyou for making our special day one to remember!!
