Village Hotel Birmingham Dudley

Had my wedding reception here. Stayed the night prior and night of wedding. Customer service from staff was brilliant and helpful. Big shout out to Donna for arranging the perfect event for me and the bride. Breakfast was very tasty and will always advice to take the breakfast option if you can. Our food for the evening was amazing, chose the bbq buffet option and everything was fresh and full of flavour. Would happily stay here again.

Couldn't of asked for a better photographer, very polite, punctual and has produced some amazing photos capturing our special day!

From the first time we met with Donna (events manager), we knew we were in safe hands. Nothing was to much trouble, the whole day the staff went above and beyond for us. My Daughter had one of the best days of her life. Just the little things Donna arranged for them, 1 word: Amazing xx

We were incredibly happy with the whole day from start to finish and the friendliness by gemma, Donna and the gentleman (sorry I can't remember his name) were 2nd to none. Made us feel welcome and constantly made us feel at ease with everything

We could ask for anything better! From the venue to the staff to the food everything was perfect , Donna helped us organise our wedding she was amazing! Nothing was to much trouble she was there from start to finish so even questions on the wedding day about where to go she was there to help! Donna even helped us get a bouncy castle in there for the kids too! Gemma was the best in the day she made sure our day was perfect, the room looked amazing with the lights and flowers plus the food was great! Thankyou for making our special day one to remember!! X

Wow what an amazing day we had. We can’t thank Donna enough for all her help planning our dream wedding. Nothing was ever too much and she really was so helpful. Thank you Donna. Gemma and Dean went above and beyond on our wedding day all family members and friends have said how wonderful they were. The reception staff were great too nothing was too much trouble. We stayed the night before and the night of the wedding - would recommend the interconnecting rooms they were a great help with us all getting ready. The whole day was just perfect. Even when we were running behind Gemma and Dean didnt make us feel pressured to hurry they were so good with us all. The wedding breakfast was delicious thank you to our chef I believe was called Peter, as well as the evening hog roast no one went home hungry. Overall the best day of our lives and we thank the village Hotel Dudley so much for helping us make the day possible especially with us only booking our wedding day 9months before. Thank you so much. Donna was amazing from our initial conversation, she looked after every thing we asked for and our day was fantastic. Gemma was amazing, she couldn’t do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble, same with Dean. Our day was everything we dreamed of.

What can I say apart from the fact it was the most amazing day ever and 3 days on I'm still in a happy wedding bubble. I can't thank the village enough for everything they did for us on our Wedding Day, the room the food, the DJ, everything was amazing. From start to finish Donna has been brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for her, even though I changed the itinerary numerous times. Gemma and Dean were also amazing on the actual wedding night, they made sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was happy, we've had so many comments from friends and family on what a great day it had been and the atmosphere was just fantastic. Thank you to all the team at the Village for such a special day.

I don't even know where to start! Ok I'll start at the beginning! Donna the wedding coordinator made us feel so comfortable from our very first visit! She explained everything thoroughly, answered my endless questions and really made me feel heard. As soon as we booked, we then had a year to go, Donna answered every single email, and there were a few haha! She was always so incredibly helpful, friendly and reassuring! We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator! She made the day run so smoothly and helped us make our vision a reality, and so much more! Thank you Donna! Your hard work and endless patience are outstanding and you are a true credit to Dudley village hotel! Then we met our lovely team for our Wedding Day! From the first second of meeting Gemma she was amazing! With her friendly and happy approach and helpful nature, we all hit it off straight away. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish, listening to how we wanted things, making sure they were done! Keeping in contact throughout the day making sure everything was ok, making sure everyone was happy! She truly went above and beyond! My poor sister hurt her foot a few days before the wedding, and could hardly walk, Gemma brought and ice pack and flip flops for her, and did all she could to help her be comfortable. She was not only amazing with us as the brides but also our guests, making everyone feel welcome, special and truly well looked after, nothing was too much to ask, and we are so very grateful for your kindness and good nature that you showed us. You are an absolute asset to the village hotel team! Thank you so much!! We also had the brilliant Matt and Dean on the team! Who were absolutely wonderful! Making sure everyone was well looked after, helping us to make sure all our guests were fed, holding meals when unfortunately one of our guests had to leave for a short while, but they didn't miss out, they brought their meal to them afterwards, which was incredibly kind of them. They both were so very friendly and nothing was too much to ask! I didn't catch the names of the security team but they were also fabulous! Big smiles, happy faces! Just what you want to see at your wedding! I do like to talk, Donna knows this haha! But I could literally sit here and type for hours about this team! They are truly amazing! And the Inspiration suite where the reception is held, is truly wonderful! Everything you could possibly want is there. Private bar. Separate dance floor. Toilets close by. Private garden with outside seating. We had an absolute blast! And I know our day wouldn't have been half as good without this beautiful place to have our wedding reception and the even more beautiful amazing team that worked their socks off to make it the special day it was for us!! We had our day 12/10/2024 at the village hotel in Dudley and couldn't have asked for anything better. Being a bride that decided to diy everything I had lots of questions throughout the whole process and Donna was great at communicating back and forth with me. On the day all staff were incredibly friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the day was the smoothest, issue free wedding I have ever known. Even the security for the evening were lovely and interacted well with guests. The food was absolutely incredible and the dj included in our package deal was amazing, super friendly and was able to read the room and keep the dance floor going all night. I'd like to give a huge thankyou to Donna, Dean and the whole Dudley Village Hotel team for the most incredible service and for making sure we didn't have one thing to worry about. I will be recommending you to everyone :)
