Tracy Park provides a variety of elegant rooms to suit every part of your wedding, whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a lively celebration. The venue is licensed for civil ceremonies with up to 110 guests, and you can choose from three distinctive spaces:
- The Windsor Room: The largest and most versatile space, seating up to 120 guests for your ceremony and up to 160 for the evening reception. Its neutral décor and private bar create the perfect atmosphere for both your wedding breakfast and evening party.
- Masons Restaurant: A unique and historic setting, formerly a Masonic ceremony room, ideal for weddings with up to 80 guests.
- The Fleet Room: Designed for more intimate celebrations, comfortably hosting up to 30 guests.

Treat your guests to award-winning cuisine paired with an extensive selection of fine wines. Tracy Park can cater for up to 120 guests with a seated meal, ensuring everyone enjoys a memorable dining experience. After the festivities, relax in one of the 42 luxurious en-suite bedrooms on site. As a special wedding day bonus, newlyweds are often gifted a complimentary stay in a romantic four-poster bedroom for their first night together.

The views are just spectacular and the food was yummy! All of our guests commented how well everything ran and how beautiful our wedding was! All of the staff are so attentive and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. They are well organised and co-ordination on the day was perfect. The food was outstanding and the hotel beautiful as well as being spotlessly clean. Manager Greg and wedding coordinator Michaela offered us the flexibility that we needed on the run up to our big day due to the developing situation with Covid 19. We were lucky to have squeezed in our wedding just in time. Thank you to all at Tracy Park!We cannot recommend Tracy Park enough if you are planning a wedding or special occasion. Greg and Michaela listened to our ideas and with some last minute tweaks (and by tweaks I mean re planning of the whole event) we had the most spectacular wedding. this was the first out of lock down for the hotel and we asked them to do things for us that they had never done before and we really couldn't have wanted any more. the staff were incredible and Michaela and Greg took care of every detail so that we didn't have to worry. Our wedding day was perfect, Michaela, Greg and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us. We would recommend Tracy Park to anyone looking for a wedding venue. It was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have asked for more. Michaela and her team went over and above to make it the best day and accommodate any of our requests.
