The venue features two beautiful suites, perfect for both large and intimate celebrations:
- The Allington Suite is a spacious and versatile setting, complete with its own bar, reception space, and a landscaped patio with outdoor seating—ideal for a summer celebration. It can accommodate up to 130 day time guests and 200 evening guests.
- The Newton Suite is well-suited to smaller weddings, offering a romantic atmosphere for up to 65 daytime guests and 120 evening guests.

It exceeded our expectations. Abbie was fabulous as was her daughter think mollie? Both amazing! The whole day, the food, preparation and staff were fab! Wouldn’t change anything if we did it again! Which I would do in a heartbeat as it was amazing. Just wanted to thank you and the whole team at The Barn Hotel for an amazing wedding! We had the best day ever possible! - --31/07/2023special day special dayWe held our wedding at this hotel last Saturday and had approx 80 guests in the daytime and a further 20 in the evening. Approx half of them stayed overnight. We were not disappointed with anything. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and although there were other events going on in other rooms at the same time, you would not have realised. The staff were very efficient and served the meal quickly to each guest and the meal was served hot and the portion sizes larger than expected. We held our wedding at this hotel last Saturday and had approx 80 guests in the daytime and a further 20 in the evening. Approx half of them stayed overnight. We were not disappointed with anything. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and although there were other events going on in other rooms at the same time, you would not have realised. The staff were all really professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a superior double room, and it was well-equipped with large flat screen TV and so spacious. The food was of a really high standard and there was plenty of choice on the menu. The pool was lovely and also the steam sauna and jacuzzi, which were free to use during our stay. A first class break away & we will definitely be back.We stayed at The Olde Barn for 4 nights and we loved every minute. The staff were all really professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a superior double room, and it was well-equipped with large flat screen TV and so spacious. The staff and Wedding Coordinator managed everything so well. The food was hot when served and delicious. None of the guests had any complaints. The facilities were extremely clean and our room was spotless! I would definitely visit again for one of the murder mystery nights. One of the best weddings we hosted was a beautiful outdoor ceremony in our courtyard. The couple decorated with soft lights and flowers. There was live music, great food, and everyone danced all night. It was a fun, relaxed, and joyful day that guests still talk about.

Yes! We were thrilled to welcome Stacey Dooley, who stayed with us and enjoyed the venue. It was such a pleasure to host her—she brought amazing energy and loved the peaceful countryside setting.
What’s your favourite canapé?
One of our favourite is the goat cheese and caramelized onion tartlet—it’s the perfect balance of savoury and sweet in one elegant bite. That said, we love customizing canapés to match your theme or season—just ask!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
You can’t beat bacon and sausage baps—warm, hearty, and totally satisfying after a night of dancing. They’re a guaranteed hit to keep your guests happy and fuelled for the after-party!

Our most unique feature is the open courtyard. It creates a naturally stunning backdrop for ceremonies, receptions, and unforgettable golden hour photos.

We are most proud of the way we make couples feel truly cared for - from the first visit to the last dance. Creating a stress-free, joyful experience is at the heart of everything we do.
