Say “I do” with us! Exclusively yours…The Old Vicarage Is a six bedroom and Country House and Marquee nestled amongst 10 acres of gardens and woodlands. Tie the knot, then celebrate with a party to remember. The beautiful gardens offer the most stunning back-drop for what will become the most memorable day of your lives. The Old Vicarage is licensed for ceremonies, either in our beautiful Orangery with high vaulted ceilings a lovely bright room overlooking the lawns or alternatively our outdoor Summer House, surrounded by many instagrammable photo opportunities throughout the gardens. Situated near Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the New Forest - we are just outside of the hustle and bustle, bordering the forest. We are bordered by sunflowers fields - the perfect backdrop for some absolutely sensational sunset photos. We can cater for up to 150 daytime guests and up to 250 in the evening. Our dedicated wedding co-originators are with you from start to finish, to ensure the seamless running of your dream day!

We offer two amazing packages one Mid-week (April - October) and the Winter Package (October - March). The Midweek Offer includes exclusive use of the venue with 6 bedrooms, ceremony, drinks package, 2 course wedding breakfast and evening food, Wedding Coordinator, DJ, breakfast the following morning and floral centerpieces. The Winter package offer includes exclusive use of the venue with 6 bedrooms, welcome drink and wine with the meal, single course wedding breakfast, evening buffet, DJ, Wedding Coordinator and breakfast the following morning. Simply everything we could wish for!Simply everything we could wish for!
After a lot of searching for the perfect venue we stumbled across The Old Vicarage. I was stating to think we would never find a venue that was perfect for us until the moment we walked through the doors here! The Old vicarage ticked all out boxes and we knew it was the venue for us! A massive factor for us was transport as we had family travelling from London for our big day and Hinton train station backs onto the property with its own private path down almost like it was there own private train station. This meant there was easy transport links for all our guests travelling from London and even some that were coming from the poole and bournemouth area utilised this too! Our day was beyond anything we expected and we are go grateful for the whole team at The Old Vicarage for putting up with me and my daily questions! I couldn't recommend The Old Vicarage enough! If your looking for a stunning venue which is private, Friendly and Romantic, The Old Vicarage is the venue for you. The Staff truly care about your day and will do anything they can to make your day run efficiently. I will forever be greatful for all the help and support we had from the start and all I want is to do it all over again!I couldn't recommend The Old Vicarage enough! Having our wedding at The Old Vicarage was the best decision i had ever made! The day was perfect! From the moment we came to see the venue we knew that this is where we wanted to get married. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. No question was too big or too small for Laura and Kira the wedding coordinators. The managed the day perfectly. We just wanted to say a massive thank you to The Old Vicarage Country House for the best wedding day EVER!!! It was absolutely everything we could have hoped for and more. This hasn't been the easiest year to organise a wedding, but from the moment we first booked the venue, all the way through to the big day, the staff have been an incredibly helpful, patient and an absolute pleasure to work with. We had so many compliments from our guests about how gorgeous the venue was, how stunning the gardens and marquee were and how the whole day seemed to have a very sweet, relaxed and intimate atmosphere. The rooms that our family and friends stayed in were immaculate and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the very tasty breakfast the next morning. Honestly wouldn't have changed a single detail, everything was just perfect and we really do feel like we had our dream wedding. Worth the waitWorth the wait
I originally left 5 stars three years ago when I first visited to consider this venue as where my wife and I were to get married, I told myself I'd come back to add a review when the wedding was all out of the way, it's a shame it took 3 years but my god it was so worth the wait. The Coordinator Laura ran the show and ensured that we had zero worries all of yesterday. The venue itself is beautiful and that's without any of the decorations being taken into consideration. We loved every second of our wedding and we're excited as to our next adventure. As a wedding videographer for Sylvestris Wedding Films I visited The Old Vicarage recently to show couples what I offer in the way of wedding films. It's such a charming wedding venue with many attractive places to capture shots for both videographers like myself and photographers. The staff are among the friendliest locally and do their best to ensure weddings run smoothly. During the late summer there are some beautiful sunflower fields for video and photo opportunities for couples.
