We arranged our initial meeting to discuss our wedding and spent 2 hours talking about our ideas and budget... nothing seemed to be a problem at the time... after 3 weeks we enquired about our quotation to be told it would be with us soon. Another 4 weeks later I had to chase again to be told I'm busy I'll do it when I do it.... phoned again another month later to be told by the person on the phone mark had gone out. I hard mark say this across the bar to the person on the phone after saying it was me on the phone ... disgusting behaviour and very bad management.... we where so looking forward to this venue as it is where me and my partner first met... steer clear if you actually want to eventually get married.
