The Grand Hotel Birmingham

We had the best day ever and it's largely thanks to you and everyone at The Grand who went above and beyond for us. We cannot thank you enough. From our operation meeting the evening before to the day itself (including the amazing food) and our night in the suite, everything was wonderful. Both our moms love you and The Grand. We are still in our post-wedding bubble!

We had such a great time from start to finish at the hotel. The day itself could not have gone better. The room set ups and the staff were very helpful. The food was good both at our sit down and we had many compliments from evening guests about the buffet. Many of our family & friends thought it was such a fantastic venue something they’d never been to for a wedding. The terrace was definitely a winner! Meg we are so happy we chose the Grand as our venue and honestly cannot be happier!

We loved it SOOOOOO much!! It was all just brilliant, and we can't thank you and everyone at the Grand enough for all that you did for us. We have relived it over and over since we left you on the 1st. Thanks again Meg. It was a pleasure dealing and working with you, and you really made the day an absolute joy for us.

We are over the moon! We absolutely loved the day and it’s all thanks to you and the teams hard work. The day surpassed all our expectations and we had so much fun. We loved every minute of it and have got some lovely photos. Thanks again Meg for everything, you’ve been absolutely amazing from start to finish and we are forever grateful for everything you’ve done for us to make our special day extra special.

We came back from our mini honeymoon. Thank you for all the help and beautiful attention to detail. This was an absolute dream and we are so thankful. Our expectations (which were always high) were greatly exceeded. I will do so and will keep the Grand Hotel and the whole team in mind for any future celebrations. Again, thank you for making our day so special and making me feel a lot less stressed during the whole preparation process.

Thank you for the best wedding ever! The location was perfect, the ballroom was to die for and the service was first class. A special thank you to Megan for all her help coordinating the wedding, we couldn’t have done it without her help!

I just wanted to write an email to express our gratitude to Bea and Ian. They were absolutely amazing on the day and really went above and beyond for us to make sure we had a great day. We honestly could not have asked for two better people to coordinate our wedding and I just wanted to highlight that you really have two amazing employees in them at the Grand. The entire day they were so thoughtful, organised and made sure that we and our families had the most perfect day.

Just wanted to say thank you for everything you have done for us over the last 7 months. The day went completely to plan and we even had the weather in our side. Can’t wait to see some photos now!! We will share them with you 😊 Everything when really smoothly and we could just relax and enjoy the day. We had a lot of compliments about the food too.
