We had afternoon tea with sandwiches and cakes. The main room only hold about 20 but still very comfortable.. For drinks a special outside bar which I find once again fabulous unfortunately I was driving so could not take full advantage of this but really great.. We were very lucky with the weather and the hotel grounds were nice especially for the children.. At night around 8pm we had what was called a BBQ not what I would call one but the sausages were great.. All the staff were very nice and helpful.. Also the two owners both great and very helpful, and took a interest in everything.. One large down fall about the venue was the toilet, The LIGHT!! On a timer, and just went out then total darkness, it caught my wife out, I just laughed but then it caught me out, you had to open the door to start again, not to nice with others waiting.Fabulous venue for a reception, small but very glamorous and a word that I do not often use, posh!.
