The Barn on The Bay

We can’t recommend The Barn on the Bay enough. The whole team are amazing! Nicola and Sophie made the whole planning process so easy, nothing was ever a bother and they were great at giving ideas too. Phil and Kerry were also there on the day, all working so hard making sure the day ran so smoothly. They plan everything down to a t beforehand, so they never once had to ask me about anything, meaning i never felt stressed about anything at the venue. I would highly recommend their styling package, they have so many beautiful items you can choose from. We wanted a more relaxed wedding and they certainly made that happen. All our guests said it was the best venue they have been too. It’s so beautiful inside and out. Especially at night time with all the fairy lights and fire pits. Food was also amazing and again they were very accommodating for what we wanted. We can’t thank them enough for the most magical day!

Barn on the Bay were everything you could ever want from a venue and more. With a wealth of experience, a stunning venue, beautifully cooked food and a genuine interest from every staff member in your relationship, guests and the wedding day itself I'd give them 7 stars if it was an option. We felt supported right from the moment we stepped in the venue on the open day. They have systems & relationships with vendors in place that make everything seamless. I cannot recommend this venue enough!!

We had our wedding at the barn on the bay June 2022 and the team and the venue could not have been more fantastic. We booked for the whole weekend, had access to the barn to decorate on the Friday and then have a small gathering on the Friday night with guests who were staying at the accommodation. Saturday we had our ceremony on the dunes overlooking the sea. We even spotted dolphins while having our photographs taken. The barn was the perfect venue for dinner and dancing. We indulged in the pull your own pints which our guests loved. Fireworks to round off the evening and more dancing. We had a fabulous wedding day and couldn’t have imagined having it anywhere else.

My daughters wedding on 18th Sep 2021. Absolutely wonderful, wonderful venue. Has all you could wish for. Our ceremony was held on the dunes. Totally beautiful with sea as a backdrop. Stunning. Accommodation is first class. Allison, Nicola and the team could not have been more supportive and helpful. They made our weekend a marvelous experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Can’t thank barn on the bay enough for the most amazing wedding day for my daughter and son in law. The venue is stunning the staff were fantastic working behind the scenes ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. We didn’t have to do anything other than enjoy the day. We were so lucky to have chosen the barn on the bay as our wedding venue. Alison, Phil and Nicola could not have been more helpful. The venue was exactly what we wanted. Private, personalised, relaxed and by the sea! We had the most amazing time with our close friends, family and two dogs. There was absolutely no stress. I just wanted to take the time to say a massive thank you to you all for our wedding. It genuinely couldn’t have gone better & we know a massive part of that is down to you & your team. The way you looked after Ivy for us at times was also massively appreciated. We had so many compliments on the venue and the staff. Nicola & Sophie, you were brilliant. You can have the best venue in the world, but without fabulous staff it wouldn’t work. You made our day and we just can’t thank you all enough.

We got married in June this year and wish we could just go back and do it over and over again. It couldn't have been anymore perfect! Nicola, Sophie, Alison & Team couldn't have been anymore helpful from the day we first visited to the very end. Our wedding took place on the dunes ceremony site overlooking Druridge Bay it was just amazing. The sun was shining all day long and many of our guests commented on our wedding being the best they had ever been to. 100% recommend to any couples still searching for a venue.

THE most amazing wedding venue and team ever!! From the moment we booked, to the end of our wedding day everyone went above and beyond. All our friends and family have raved about it since the big day and it will hold very special memories among us forever. Can't thank you all enough, especially Nicola who helped so much through such a difficult time for us to make sure our day was even more special than we could have ever imagined. We recently got married and had our reception at Barn on the Bay. We went for a weekend package and everything was absolutely amazing! From the moment we decided to use the venue, everyone was so helpful. Nicola, Sophie and all the staff created an incredibly friendly and relaxed atmosphere both in the planning process and on the day. The set up of the barn was absolutely beautiful and they were so helpful and lovely throughout. I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a relaxed, fun wedding!
