I don’t really know how to start this email, how on earth do we thank you for the best day of our lives?? I cried when it started and I cried when it ended, everything was perfect! If there was one day that I had to relive every day of my life for the rest of my life it would be our wedding day. The staff were amazing, the food was amazing the venue is stunning. We definitely made the right choice.

We just both wanted to say a huge thank you for everything you did to make our wedding day so truly special. Nothing was too much trouble, you responded really quickly to every email and each meeting was really helpful in helping us visualise our day and reminding us what we still had left to do! The decorations you sorted looked amazing – can’The food was absolutely lush so credit to the chef and kitchen team too. We’ve had so many compliments about you and the venue so thank you once again.

Aaleyah and I would just like to express how thankful we are for how hard you and your team worked leading up to our wedding and on the day itself. It went flawlessly and we can't say enough positive things about it. The organisation was on point, I was not worried at any point during the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and the food was gorgeous! Every single one of our guests had the best day and that is all I ever wanted from our wedding.

Can’t recommend Swancar enough. Right from the first look around till the morning after the wedding then were amazing. So helpful and accommodating especially with having to postpone due to Covid. The venue, food and accommodation was great and I am so glad we chose Swancar for our special day.

Everything from the moment we drove up that winding scenic driveway told us straight away this was THE venue! From the word go, the whole team were amazing. The venue is simply stunning. The views, the decor, the rooms…. Just perfection!

Hey Tammy, Adam & I wanted to say the biggest thank you from the bottom of our hearts to you & to all the staff at Swancar! The whole planning experience from when we very first visited in January 2020 to the actual wedding day, has been absolutely faultless. When we visited we just knew Swancar was the once for us, we didn’t need to visit any other venue. We were 100% sold… & my god was it worth it. We have received countless compliments from our guests about how amazing Swancar was on our wedding day, from the location, the food, the staff to the efficiency of it all. It’s been such a relaxed planning journey & a huge part of that is down to you, Tammy! You gave us both so much confidence & we knew the day was going to go smoothly. You’re confidence and relaxed nature made us feel so at ease & whenever I saw your face on the wedding day, I felt calm. When you’ve never been married before or been a part of the behind the scenes of a wedding, you don’t know what to expect… but every question I have ever had, has been answered clearly and any doubt was reassured. Being able to get ready on the morning of the wedding, knowing that everything is happening behind to scenes & being able to fully relax, is the best feeling. Everything about the night before the wedding was stunning too, The Old Stables is such a beautiful touch & made the whole experience even more special. I could go on for ages, but ultimately me & Adam has the most unforgettable & incredible day ever & we owe a huge part of that to Swancar & yourself… So, a HUGE THANK YOU, again, from us & our families for making our day absolutely PERFECT. Hi Tammy! Hope you are well, I just wanted to say the BIGGEST of thank you’s to you!!!! I don’t know where to start and say you are an absolute gem! You made our big day run so smoothly and every little detail was thought about! Nothing was ever too much trouble, Your are an absolute credit to swancar! Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was and how lovely all the staff were! They were so helpful!! I honestly can’t believe it was our wedding! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the BEST day ever! Josh says thanks for helping with all the pocket squares and button holes! Where would we have been without you!? Our guests loved the food, even said it was the best wedding food they had ever had! So big thanks to all the catering staff and chef team! The bar staff were incredibly helpful too!! Paul was so professional and again so kind and thoughtful! I blame him for for my sore Prosecco head in the morning haha! I hope our paths cross again at some point! Thank you again for everything! Dear Louise, We hope you are well! Here we are! We have arrived on the other side of the wedding, this time last week it was all go and we don’t know where on earth the time has gone! This time last week I had no idea of the long night that lay ahead of me (wide awake 🤣) Well… where do we even start. We needed a bit of time to think about what we wanted to say. I guess thank you is a good place to start. Thank you for everything you did for us, bringing our dream wedding together. It’s been a journey and we are so honoured that you were with us every step of the way. You’re patience, thoughtful, reassuring and considerate nature shone through, and you always helped put us at ease. We have received so many comments from people saying how well organised and how well the day flowed. We can take no credit for this. This is all down to you. We always looked forward to our meetings with you, thank you for the chats and thank you for going over and above to accommodate our ideas. Thank you for being a listening ear during band-gate 🤣 and for making sure our buttercream wasn’t in a puddle after our ‘crack-of-dawn’ cake delivery, which was a shock to all 🤣 It’s been a strange few years since we started our wedding planning journey back in 2019. Thank you for remaining so positive and empathetic while we navigated the uncertainty and fear that covid brought. You’re a wonderful person and we will never forget you.
