Everything from rooms, food, staff & grounds were nothing short of exceptional. Hannah and Pippa were an absolute delight to work with on the run up to the wedding. On the wedding day, Hannah was just amazing. She helped make everything run seamlessly. We had our wedding down at the very bottom of the gardens and it was just incredible. We will 100% go back to stay at Rufflets, it will always be our special place!!We booked Rufflets for our wedding in August 2022, and we could not fault the place. I felt she really listened to what we envisioned, then made suggestions for decor and suppliers that could make this happen. However, when our date changed (Covid meant it was delayed from 20th June 2020 until 1st August 2021), she was no longer available. We met Hannah, our new co-ordinator, about two weeks before our day, but she very quickly got herself up to date with everything we waned. We then saw her again the day before the wedding, as we handed over all of our decorations and items needed for the day. She then worked her magic and got everything set out beautifully. The staff, she adds, were outstanding - always friendly yet professional. A special mention must go to Pippa in reservations, who showed us around when we first arrived from the wedding fair. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable, and later she helped us organise our guest bedrooms, even moving all the bookings for us when our dates changed. She always treated us like friends and made us feel nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond and we just can't thank her enough. The compliments for Rufflets have been pouring in ever since the wedding. The rooms, the food, the staff, even the Molton Brown toiletries - people loved it all! We had the perfect day and a large part of that is down to Rufflets. The team really care and want to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams.
