Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
One of the best weddings we hosted was for a couple where the bride's Grandfather had been in the Royal Air Force during WWII. Due to our proximity to RAF Coningsby, the bride was lucky enough to have the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Lancaster fly over the hotel as she was having her wedding photos taken.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Anything is possible for your wedding day. Discuss your ideas with your wedding venue and you will find that they always have a way to make your dreams become reality on your special day.

looking down the Long Walk towards the hotel when the flowers are at their finest certainly takes some beating!

We are very lucky in that we are the historic former Officers' Mess of 617 Squadron The Dambusters and this, along with our wonderful Edwardian history makes us a venue like no other in the East Midlands.
