Penicuik House accommodates up to 48 guests for dining and provides luxurious accommodation for 32. Additional accommodation is available in our lovingly restored cottages, houses, and lodges, each featuring cedar hot tubs and outdoor fireside dining, bringing the sleeping capacity to 48.

Just a five-minute stroll from Penicuik House, the High Pond Reserve is a magical event space, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature. Nestled beside a tranquil pond, it’s an unforgettable setting for your special day, with stunning views of Penicuik Estate and beyond. This exclusive waterside location is a blank canvas providing the freedom to tailor-make and personalise your wedding for up to 250 guests. Old Penicuik House and Eskfield provide further opportunities for open-air evening events or intimate dinners in the walled garden.

This is for Penicuik House. Exclusive use including 16 bedrooms for 2 nights (minimum two-night stay). Full breakfast is included for 32 guests each morning. All other catering is additional. There is an additional cost for the High Pond (for up to 250 guests) this will depend on duration, location and type of structure. Pricing is seasonal.
