Moor Hall Hotel and Spa

I had my wedding here over the weekend and I honestly struggle to put into words how amazing everything was. The staff were amazing, everything ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for them. All my guests and family members mentioned that our wedding has been the best one they have attended and how beautiful everything was. The Moor Hall team should be extremely proud of themselves and me and my family will remember it for the rest of our lives.

We just wanted to drop a quick message to say thank you again for everything on Saturday. The room was set up perfectly and everything went without a hitch. We really did have the best day ever - and are so glad we chose Moor Hall to host it! Thanks for everything, Love Mr & Mrs Spinner x

I wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who looked after us the whole weekend. It was absolutely faultless. The staff were all so friendly and no one could do enough for us, not just Friday but the whole weekend. Tom was incredible and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was unbelievable and everyone enjoyed it. It was honestly the best weekend cannot thank you all enough.

We would like to thank you for helping us plan our special day, it was our wedding we both dreamed of and more. We would also like to thank all the staff for making our day special, we've had so much positive feed back about absolutely everything.

We cannot fault this hotel...our son's wedding took place here on 30th June, and all the staff helped to make it a wonderful occasion....everyone was helpful, polite and friendly. The staff serving Canapes were so helpful and charming and always had a ready smile. We required an Assisted Room with a walk-in shower, on the ground floor and our needs were met in full. The room was comfortable as was the double bed. Everywhere was clean and fresh and had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant one-night stay. Breakfast......absolutely delicious!!! All freshly cooked and plenty of it! Coffee was plentiful and only had to ask for another pot to be brought to the table. The staff in the restaurant were happy and helpful, as all the staff of the hotel are. Thank you to everyone for making our stay very happy and comfortable....our son's wedding was just wonderful and the hotel could not have done any more.

My husband and I got married on the 30th April at Moor hall. The staff were pleasant, the rooms were big and tidy, Tom our toastmaster was excellent and we cannot fault the service. All our guests loved the wedding and the Hall. Couldn’t have wished to have had a better wedidng reception venue. All the staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was of an impeccable standard, and we had a beautiful honeymoon suite. We will most definitely be going back to the hotel for anniversaries. With our wedding package we got to use the facilities and spa, which was a really kind touch and we enjoyed the use of the wonderful spa, pool and gym.

I have never been to a more beautiful venue. I arrived the day before the wedding with the bridal party. As soon as I walked in just wow! My dream wedding venue. From the moment I walked in the door on the Saturday to the moment I left on Monday morning the staff were amazing. The ceremony room looked out of this world. The staff worked so hard to make this perfect. The wedding breakfast, was one of the best meals I have ever had. We had a beautiful beef, with the most dreamy mash potato, served with the fluffiest Yorkshire pudding. I was in love. Again the whole way through the breakfast we was asked several times if we would like any more drinks, extra portions of bread for the soup or anything else we would require.

In January 2017 we attended a wedding fayre at Moor Hall Hotel and I cried because I knew it was where we had to get married. The charter suite, the rooms, the grounds, the whole atmosphere was just perfect. We finally had our wedding day in September 2019 and we cannot put in to words how grateful we are for all of the staff at the hotel, they couldn't do enough for us, not only on the day but also during the build up to the day. If anything did go wrong on the day we did not find out about it, it was a relief that the staff were all so on the ball! We absolutely loved our day and wished we could do it all over again, we really wouldn't have changed a thing. Our family arranged an ice cream van as a suprise for us and the hotel also helped accommodate this and keep it secret from us! Thank you to all at Moor Hall for putting up with us. We will definitely be back soon and for our anniversary.

We had the absolute best day of our lives and the Moor Hall Team could not have done any more for us! Everyone commented on how friendly and lovely the team were on the day but all the work put in before hand with Jo put us both at ease as nothing was too much trouble! The hotel itself and gardens were just unbelievable and we were very lucky to have such a fantastic venue for our big day

We had the most magical day of our lives and we have memories to last a life time. When I say it was our dream fairytale wedding day I really really mean it. Thank You for everything that you did and also to Jo towards the end you made sure everything about our day was just perfect! Everything was so well organised, the food was outstanding, the staff were brilliant who were looking after us we just couldn't fault a single thing!
