TOTALLY FLEXIBLE, UNIQELY STYLISH, WONDERFULLY WEATHERPROOF, CASUALLY COOL Say your vows in their highly impressive and unique woodland bower, a magical space in the heart of private ancient woodland. Your guests will cross the stream via a living bridge to be seated in a mystical amphitheatre for a romantic outdoor ceremony. Licensed for civil ceremonies and can accommodate 80 seated and 60+ standing. The brick haybarn is a bright space, with a charming and stylish interior, high vaulted ceilings and huge doors opening onto a private terrace. Suitable for ceremonies or wedding breakfasts and provides an exceptional blank canvas for your decorations. For a festival-style wedding, the picturesque meadow is a perfect choice after harvest time. There is plenty of space for a marquee for up to 250 guests, so you can celebrate in the heart of the stunning vale. The Victorian Courtyard is an elegant space for celebrating. The raised Dais is ideal for a unique outdoor ceremony in the round of up to 200 guests, but can also be used for your band, DJ, outdoor bar or a cosy fire-pit area. Capacity for over 250 guests, making it perfect for larger celebrations. 6 private cottages are included and at your disposal for the duration of your celebrations, providing luxury onsite accommodation before and after your wedding day. The best weekend ever!The best weekend ever!
The best weekend ever! We hired MM for our wedding weekend, and we had the best weekend ever. MM is a perfect venue, so flexible with what we wanted to do. The grounds were beautiful and so was the accommodation. We can’t thank Romla and her team enough for making our wedding run so smoothly! Katie our wedding planner was also amazing helping us plan the wedding timeline. She helped coordinate the suppliers prior to the wedding and also on the day. We just want to do it all over again! Thank The best weekend ever! We hired MM for our wedding weekend, and we had the best weekend ever. MM is a perfect venue, so flexible with what we wanted to do. The grounds were beautiful and so was the accommodation. We can’t thank Romla and her team enough for making our wedding run so smoothly! Beautiful venue Marshwood Manor felt like it was plucked from my dreams, everything about the venue is incredible from the views to the accommodation to the woodland to the people. I just wanted to say a huge Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. You absolutely made our wedding a dream. It was so much more than we ever thought, each cottage was absolutely beautiful and so cosy and comfortable! You honestly went above and beyond for us, saving us when our PA system never showed up and helping me get a huge red stain out of my white wedding dress! I just wanted to say a huge Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. You absolutely made our wedding a dream. It was so much more than we ever thought, each cottage was absolutely beautiful and so cosy and comfortable! From the moment we stepped on to the grounds we knew this was the venue we wanted to get married. We hadn't actually looked at any others, but we didn't need to. Marshwood has the combination of classic and bohemian with an extra something that makes it magical. The ancient woodland won me over immediately, then to add on to that the gorgeous cottages and converted barn, it was almost too good to be true. The service provided is friendly and personable, the team work hard to bring your vision to life. Being able to transform Marshwood into your own style is great, but you also don't need to do a lot as it already gives so much. Our wedding weekend was more than we could have ever dreamed of and Marshwood will always have a special place in our hearts. Do not hesitate to visit this beautiful venue, we are certain you will feel the same. My husband and I got married September 2021 at Marshwood Manor and had the most amazing experience there. Romla was wonderful from the start and was super accommodating and helpful with all our ideas and requests. We had a coordinator as well from MM, so having someone with actual knowledge of the venue made the whole process much smoother. The venue itself is stunning, so many of our guests said the ceremony spot in particular was magical! The cottages are beautifully done and everyone felt like they were on a mini holiday.
