Combining charm and character of its grand Victorian building, Lynnhurst Hotel situated in Johnstone, Renfrewshire, is a timeless venue which has been lovingly restored and extended to create the perfect wedding venue.
Offering the best of something old and something new for your wedding day, the house has many original and picturesque features such as high ceilings, grand fireplace, and staircase with stained glass window. The modern ballroom is light, bright and spacious. The Grand Ballroom was renovated in summer 2021 and is as beautiful as it is versatile. A neutral palette creates the perfect canvas for any wedding theme, and the lighting can be set in pale or bright hues to suit you.
You and your guests can also enjoy our champagne bar with original period features or relax in our modern conservatory – both of which are exclusive to you on your wedding day. A wonderfully romantic setting, there are plenty of photo spots inside and out, and a key feature is the perfectly kept gardens, which are stunning in every season. They are great for drinks receptions, or just even taking a walk as newlyweds to celebrate your ‘I-Do’s.’ You can also opt to have your ceremony here on a dry day, with the pagoda serving as your aisle-end feature – it’s a fabulous spot for you to say your vows in.
Another exclusive use feature of Lynnhurst Hotel is the Powder Room, on the day, you’ll be given a key to unlock this little piece of luxury. Whether you want to take time to sip your champagne and breathe in the moment, top up your lipstick, or slip-on comfortable shoes for dancing, this little room is especially for you.
At the end of your special day, retreat to the beautiful Cashmere Honeymoon Suite. As well as large comfortable bed and dining area, the room also features a bathroom with large sunken spa bath, and wet room with luxurious rainfall shower.

The reception staff are friendly, helpful and so welcoming. We were a large party dining in the restaurant that night and the service/food was great. The wedding we were attending was well organised, flowed beautifully and a great day was had by all. I must mention Leigh……she is a star, what an asset. She truly cares hold on to her. We will be back!!We have returned home to Ireland after spending two nights at your beautiful hotel. From the moment we walked in we knew we were in good hands. RACHAEL the shift manager/wedding coordinator for the day was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and we honestly had the best day ever and can't thank Rachael and her team of staff enough for everything they did to make our day filled with happy memories. We stayed overnight and our room was perfect and breakfast absoluutely delicious. Absolute perfection 5⭐️Was at the hotel yesterday for our daughters wedding and what a lovely day we all had.
