You were also so helpful in the lead up, helping me find a piper, celebrant and helping with the timings of things. I was totally clueless coming into this so it was great. I can’t believe how attentive you all were, how amazing the staff were. The food was just delicious, the room decor was exactly what I wanted. It just honestly was the best day ever and I put a lot of that down to this hotel! Everything just flowed and I didn’t have to worry about anything. They really know how to do weddings! HIGHLY recommend. I honestly couldn’t fault 1 thing about Parklands! Jennifer - you are an absolute marvel and so so good at what you do. - KKenny & Donna07/12/2019Wedding DayWedding DayWe had our wedding at parklands and words can’t explain well enough how committed they all were to making our day the most special it could be, the rooms used for the service meal and night time party were all stunning, Nikki was so meticulous with all the details double triple quadruple checked and what a lovely lady she was too and soo amazingly helpful, Joel was sooo helpful nothing was a problem was always on hand to help in a second such a nice guy, Fraser who was master of ceremony couldn’t do enough for us always on hand if we needed anything the whole day, olivia newton mearns (she will get that bit 😊) was brilliant service skills were amazing again on hand anytime she was needed, think her name was Louise the blonde girl same again couldn’t do enough, Adam on the reception was a superstar after I had a mishap with my trousers I called down and literally within 30 seconds he was at my room door with a bucket of ice, there was another girl on reception I can’t remember her name but she was so lovely and chatty, Joanne at breakfast was superb felt like she was running about daft after us she couldn’t do enough, if I knew every single one of their names I would mention them but they all deserve praise, from start to finish the experience with parklands was superb and can’t rate them high enough, anyone thinking of having a wedding here trust them when they say they are good at it well that’s an understatement they were amazing, oh nearly forgot to mention the rooms the parklands suite that we had for 2 nights was aaaammmmaaaaazzzzziiiinnnnggggg the room for the kids was superb as well, best experience I’ve ever had from a hotel.
