With the wealth of experience in weddings and civil partnerships, a professional and dedicated team and a stunning countryside setting, you would be hard pressed to find a more idyllic setting. Kilconquhar Castle is situated in the heart of the East Neuk of Fife, a 5 minute drive from the seaside town of Elie and a mere 11 miles from the historic town of St Andrews. Our weddings and civil partnerships are tailored to the individual requirements of every couple that visit the estate to ensure that your wedding day is the fairy tale you have always dreamed of. The most perfect dayThe most perfect day
Valentina and her team worked so hard to make sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day, so we didn't have to worry about anything! The venue is absolutely perfect for an intimate wedding, and the food was incredible - there was a lot of clean plates! Myself and a couple of guests are vegan, but customising the menu was no problem at all for the team. I was an anxious bride, and the regular meetings with Valentina in the run up to the wedding really helped put my mind at ease, and Valentina even checked in with me the day before and the morning of the wedding to make sure I was doing okay, which meant a lot to me. Valentina gave us so much freedom to customise our wedding to reflect us; from the menu adjustments, to the Star Wars theme, and having our beloved pug in attendance, we felt very accommodated for and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Valentina and the team at Kilconquhar Castle for giving us our dream wedding. The entire team was absolutely amazing from the get go and made our wedding planning process so straightforward and made us feel at ease! Everyone has been amazing all weekend between helping us set up, checking in with us in the morning and then ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the day - we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! All of our guests have repeatedly told us how beautiful the venue was, how tasty all the food was and how wonderful the staff were at all points!The entire team was absolutely amazing from the get go and made our wedding planning process so straightforward and made us feel at ease! The team was there for us for everything, including the night before the wedding when they took over the finishing details and allowed me to relax in my villa. Valentina kept checking in on me and making sure I was OK and I will never forget that! Kudos to Chef Forbes and his team: all the guests commented on how delicious the food was. Every staff member was so cheery, polite and helpful people which just added to the fantastic atmosphere throughout the wedding weekend.The team was there for us for everything, including the night before the wedding when they took over the finishing details and allowed me to relax in my villa. The staff who provided our drinks and food were absolutely fantastic, they kept everyone topped up and no one went without anything.
