Stretching along the walled gardens The Garden Room, your wedding venue, is a self-enclosed space that will give your wedding a touch of exclusivity, set away from the main hive of the hotel.
The Tudor-style exterior forms a fantastic setting for those timeless group shots; inside, your guests will be greeted with a modern, light and airy function room that’s a perfect canvas for your wedding theme. Staying true to its name, The Garden Room is a happy medium for indoor weddings receptions with the option to take things outside with rolling views of our 30 acres of gardens from our recently refurbished patio area. You'll have exclusive use of our private walled garden perfect for your reception drinks and the garden games!
Our wedding co-ordinators can suggest different layouts for the room depending on your plans and party numbers, with plenty of space for wining, dining and dancing into the early hours – not to mention superb acoustics for your wedding band or DJ!
The Garden Room accommodates up to 170 guests, boasting its own bar and toilets as well as rooms above for guests to crash when their feet won’t boogie any further. As such, it’s the perfect choice for brides and grooms-to-be seeking a private spot for celebrations

From the beginning of the day to the end of the night, the staff were fantastic and the day went so smoothly. The garden room was set up beautifully for our wedding reception and all the staff managed to keep quiet about the singing waiter who was part of the waiting staff throughout the meal. We had the best day ever. Thank you so much to everyone involved.Our Wedding was amazing at Hogarths Stone Manor. We are not used to letting go of the reigns when it comes to planning and organising but Hogarth's relieved us of any stress, worries or concerns and did everything to make the day run smoothly. Every detail was well thought out and it showed in what was a beautifully orchestrated day, full of delicious food, attentive staff and a day to remember. A special thanks to Abbie for her patience during the coordination of the day and to Michael for his professionalism and humour on the day itself. All the guests commented on how friendly and caring the staff were.I would highly recommend Hogarth's to any couple looking to get married in a stunning venue with a team of staff that look after every detail. Having moved the original date we proceed with our marriage ceremony at the church with the 15 people we could have present. We then planned to have our wedding breakfast and reception at a later date, as a type of anniversary celebration. That magic day on 22nd April 2022, was a pure day of dreams. Involved in the arrangements of all plans, from arranged, to rearranged to this magic day were; Laura and Sam initially and then on to Abbie, Mike and Erin. These amazing people, paved the way in amongst really bizarre times to make our day so very special, not just for us but all of our loved ones. They were attentive, polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The organisation and dedication of the staff here is 2nd to none. We cannot thank you all enough for everything. On the day of check out there had been a miscommunication between guests about the location of an item of clothing, it had been wrongly described and people had been looking for something completely different to what the guest had described. Unfortunately the guest had maybe been a little rude to a member of staff, but upon clarification and finding of the item the matter was resolved. It was not nice to hear the member of staff had been really upset by this, the guest apologised and I made sure to call and make sure to express further apologies and hoped they are ok. I wanted to highlighted because that individual team member was new to Hogarths, and they apparently dealt with it very professionally and calmly and I hope this incident did not impact on confidence in the wonderful job role they were in. Once again, all staff are incredible and we cannot thank you enough. The comfort of the rooms and the amazing food was something everyone complimented repeatedly. Everyone was amazed by the sheer beauty of Stone Manor and just how well it has been built so you can take in all the natural beauty surrounding the area. Everyone was so impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and everyone was so happy with the quality of the food. Considering we had many varied dietary requirements, it was absolutely spot on and everyone was super happy. We cannot thank you all enough and cannot recommend a more amazing and special venue. We are thankfully booked in for an afternoon tea for the two of us soon, which we have heard is amazing! It is a beautiful venue, with friendliest staff and wedding team. Our wedding planner Abbie was so patient and so precise in the planning process. She made sure every detail we wanted is planned properly from months in advance. She spent so much time with us understanding our dream wedding. Mike and the team directing the wedding on the day did an excellent job. They did everything we asked for and their attention to detail was amazing! All our guests loved the venue and they enjoyed staying at the hotel so much. The quality of the food (wedding breakfast) was superb and the kitchen team took all our food suggestions onboard. They perfected the dishes with decorations that we asked for. Everything was so well organized and we cannot recommend this venue enough!We had our dream wedding in Hogarths Stone Manor in April 2022. It is a beautiful venue, with friendliest staff and wedding team. Our wedding planner Abbie was so patient and so precise in the planning process. The wedding package comes with the opportunity to sample the menu and wines on offer during the run up to the main event and the food was superb both on the tasting session and on the day, all the guests were extremely enthusiastic about the venue and the catering. Having seen the amount of hard work the team put into making the wedding happen you can really see were the money goes. I honestly cannot fault it, the planning and guidance they give during the run up ensures that on the day everything ran smoothly and there was zero stress. Overall, this venue is excellent and we will revisit it on our anniversary, which i think is a testament to its quality and friendliness. I am not a wedding expert, but I can wholeheartedly recommend Hogarth's Stone manor if you are looking for a venue for your wedding, we certainly enjoyed our experience and are very glad we chose them on our big day.We held our wedding at Hogarths Stone Manor and the team there were fantastic as were the venue and facilities! From the time we booked our wedding (feb 2020) right until the day after our wedding the staff took care of everything we wanted and needed we truly felt like we had no “I wish we did this”. As the bride it was perfect staying there the night before and the night of the wedding and everything being in the same place was just perfect. The grounds were stunning plenty of group and personal photo opportunities. Some of our guests said it was the best wedding they’d been to as everything ran like clockwork and was so relaxed and chilled. The rooms/facilities are amazing. From the very first interactions with Sam everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were so kind and welcoming and took care of every single detail in such a short amount of time! Aaron looked after us and our 15 guests on the day and he could not have done anymore for us. What a beautiful hotel! Fantastic setting, beautiful gardens - with walkways through the rewilding areas. The food was delicious - especially the beef! However the best quality is the staff - they were all so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If I lived closer than 200 miles, I would definitely go there more often - I would certainly recommend it for any event.Have just returned home from a wedding reception here, and although we didn't stay the night, I cannot wait to write a review!
