From the moment we booked our venue we had endless amount of help, advice and guidance from them. Our day couldn't have gone any more perfect than it already was and that was all down to the staff and ( Madeleine Howell and Joseph Davis. They kept us so calm, collected and made sure everything run perfectly and it did. They made the place so beautiful and set all our decorations up in the rooms and made it special for us! - Gail and Darren Waring02/08/2023Wedding at the Puckrup.Wedding at the Puckrup.We got married at the Puckrup last Friday and would both like to thank the whole team, with a special mention to Steph, Dan and Stephy the whole day was so so good. From ordering breakfast to the bridal suite I went for continental and had piping hot danishes, to the main meal for wedding breakfast we had so many compliments. Steph our contact throughout was so understanding and helpful. Dan really helped on the morning and ceremony and made me relax as well as overseeing everything.We got married at the Puckrup last Friday and would both like to thank the whole team, with a special mention to Steph, Dan and Stephy the whole day was so so good. After visiting various venues and discussing our options with the wedding planners we chose Puckrup Hall. From our initial meeting to the day of the celebration, nothing was to much trouble for the event team and they were able to provide us with everything we requested. Special mention for Aaron the events manager who met us the day before to go through the final timings and arrangements, and managed the event.Following our daughters wedding in the USA we needed a venue for the UK reception. Venue is beautiful, food is so tasty and beautifully presented, staff are friendly and attentive. Had the best possible day and our guests loved it too. The breakfast the following day was also excellent. Firstly, the price is the best you'll find in Gloucestershire or the surrounding area. It was incredibly reasonable, and what we got for the price we paid genuinely was amazing. Secondly, Karen (the wedding planner) could not have made the process any smoother! I have friends who told me the horror stories of getting married and the stress that organising one had - well, I had no stress! No anxiety! I actually enjoyed the run up to my wedding as Karen just took care of absolutely everything. Now, to discuss the actual day - it was, without a shadow of a doubt, the best day of my life. The presentation of the room was perfect, and the turnaround time (ceremony - wedding breakfast - evening do) was timely. All of the guests commented on how great the food was - it was presented beautifully and was very tasty! The cleanliness of the cutlery/glasses etc was impeccable and the disco in the evening was spot on. I could not recommend Hilton Puckrup Hall as a wedding venue enough - I would wholeheartedly do it all over again if I could! Brilliant day, made brilliant by the fantastic staff.
