On arrival we was checked in by a very welcoming and helpful young man who kindly gave us a drinks voucher which entitled us to 2 free drinks as it was my partners birthday! We also was surprised with some chocolates and a personalised card in the room which was such a lovely touch! The room itself was beautiful! Couldn’t fault it at all! Stayed here for 2 nights for my partners birthday! Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out! They accommodate us for dinner and breakfast as we had our dog with us. The friendly dog room is perfect. They have a place to walk the dog if needed in the same floor were the room is. The food was delicious, and the dessert glorious. Great atmosphere. Just made our getaway even better. Alex and his team were so attentive to the guest needs. the service was second to none we felt like royalty The venue was beautifully decorated and had loads of room. The bar staff where friendly and polite and no delays in service The food was outstanding so compliments to the chef. The room was excellent with a nice view. My only criticism would be maybe extra teas and coffee in the room The hotel did an amazing job of the wedding at weekend.
