Came here for my partner birthday and the hotel was stunning, thank you to the desk staff who was so friendly and welcoming they even helped to get us a taxi which we very much appreciated. The location perfect right in the centre of everything I definitely recommend to those who are new to visiting Bournemouth 👌🏽

Stayed here for 2 nights for my partners birthday! Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out! On arrival we was checked in by a very welcoming and helpful young man who kindly gave us a drinks voucher which entitled us to 2 free drinks as it was my partners birthday! We also was surprised with some chocolates and a personalised card in the room which was such a lovely touch! The room itself was beautiful! Couldn’t fault it at all!

We have an amazing weekend at the hotel, so close to the beach ( Dog friendly beach area all year). The staff are all lovely and welcoming. They accommodate us for dinner and breakfast as we had our dog with us. The friendly dog room is perfect. They have a place to walk the dog if needed in the same floor were the room is. The food was delicious, and the dessert glorious. Great atmosphere. Just made our getaway even better. Thank you guys, your rock!!! 🥰

We experienced the cocktail masterclass with Otto and team for my best friend's hen party. All 6 of us had the best time, we were treated so well and are already talking about coming back for a weekend! Thanks to you all!

A 5-star upscale hotel stayed for 2 nights only. Hope could stay more. Very spacious, neat, clean and tidy, spacious bathroom they have. Swimming pool and spa also there. All amenities you need are available in your room. Bed is very very comfy. Undoubtedly you can book. Loved to stay in the place...Thanks for total management team

Stayed there for the night after watching a show at BIC. This hotel was amazing. The room we had was lush the facilities were on point and staff were great. We could not fault a thing. The breakfast in the morning was totally outstanding.

We had come for my partner’s birthday and honestly, it was absolutely incredible. Every single team member went above and beyond and were just so pleasant to deal with. The food at the restaurant was lovely. The bar upstairs was so sleek. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Booking again now to come in July.

The hotel did an amazing job of the wedding at weekend. Alex and his team were so attentive to the guest needs. the service was second to none we felt like royalty The venue was beautifully decorated and had loads of room. The bar staff where friendly and polite and no delays in service The food was outstanding so compliments to the chef. The room was excellent with a nice view. My only criticism would be maybe extra teas and coffee in the room
