For couples with a vision in mind, our Dry Hire option offers complete flexibility. You will have exclusive access to the house and gardens, full use of our luxurious accommodation for up to 26 guests, and the freedom to curate your wedding with the best suppliers. It's your blank canvas, and we’re here to support you as you bring it to life.
Our packages - The Darcy, The Augusta, The Florence - include exclusive use of the estate plus overnight accommodation, as well as a beautifully curated three-course wedding meal, evening food, wine, florals, DJ, dance floor, PA system, and even a tiered wedding cake. We’ve created a base for you to personalise to fit your own style and personality.
If you dream of saying your vows in a historic church, St Nicholas’, just 300m from our door, awaits. Prefer a fireworks finale? We’ve done that too. However you imagine your day unfolding, our role is to help make it effortless, beautiful, and uniquely yours.

It really is just the perfect wedding venue. Our guests have not stopped raving about how great both the venue was and the day itself - we feel so lucky! Firstly, the house itself is just amazing and so incredibly well set up for weddings. The exterior is just gorgeous and has that wow factor as everyone comes up the long drive and sees it. And the photos outside are just perfect. Then inside, the ceremony hall is fantastic - large enough for over 100 guests, but while still feeling intimate. Similarly, the drawing room was so great for our drinks reception - it was comfortably large enough for everyone, but as the couple we could see everyone and catch loads of people quickly, which was really nice. The ballroom is amazing for dining. We had long banquet tables for a winter wedding and the candlelight in there was absolutely magical. The bar is really unique and our guests absolutely loved that. The stairwell is also amazing for photos for the cake cutting. And then the dancefloor is perfect. It is big enough for a DJ and band and all your guests, but it creates that cosy atmosphere where everyone feels close together and not isolated, so people feel comfortable enough to really let their hair down, which is exactly what we wanted! But as great as the building is itself, the team are even better. We worked with Anne, Fran, Trish, and Georgie and they were just the best. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
Hedsor House is the ultimate backdrop for a beautiful country house wedding, and we simply adored Rachel and Rob’s elegant day. From delicate floristry in soft, pastel shades to the graceful string quartet accompanying the ceremony, Rachel and Rob paid attention to the tiniest of details. We hope you’ll agree they created a simply incredible wedding here at Hedsor House. Here's more about their day at Hedsor, their inspiration and their lasting memories. There was no specific colour scheme, but rather everything - from the handmade invitations to the accent colours in the outfits and decoration - were neutral, pastel shades which mirrored the beautiful Georgian-style decor of the house as well as the spring flowers in the stunning grounds. Our day had quite a traditional feel initially; we had a string quartet for the ceremony music and the groomsmen were in tails, but later on things became more relaxed as we wanted everyone to let their hair down for the reception! After the wedding breakfast we had cocktails in the Sunken Garden and then everyone joined us back in the Centre Hall to dance the night away!
