We think our beautiful lakeside Tipi Wedding Venue will provide you with the perfect wedding celebration – a visually stunning space that can be decorated in completely your own style – rustic, vintage, festival, natural or boho. Exclusively yours for a 3-day hire, we provide the venue and you organise the food, the drinks, the decoration and the music! Best of all, we offer you the flexibility to choose your own suppliers and the opportunity to create a truly unique occasion 😊 As our Tipis are installed for the whole season (April to October), the venue provides some more permanent features that you wouldn’t typically find in a rented Tipi or Marquee – · full wooden floor (looks amazing!) · proper flushing Shepherd's hut toilets (no portaloos!) · clear panoramic frontage to the Tipis (retains the view over the lake but keeps the inside warm and dry if required!) · everything laid out and tried and tested for easy logistics (no hassle!) · security guard on site overnight on both nights of your hire period (safe and secure!) · Shepherd’s Hut showers for guests camping over to freshen up · Shepherd’s Hut en-suite wedding suite · Outdoor deck in front of the Tipis and overlooking the lake allows an all-weather surface for guests to congregate outside with beautiful views. · Bell Tent accommodation – 12 Bell Tents available for your guests to rent with king-size beds – charged in addition to the Venue Hire hire via online booking. · all for a comparably lower price (when you include the hire of the land) and most importantly, with none of the associated stress! Daunted by organising your own event? Don’t be – we have been hosting weddings here at the farm since 2012 so have a lot of practical advice!

Our 'dry-hire' venue is available for a flat hire charge - £5,950 - £7,950 (inc Vat) for mid-week events and £9,950 - £12,950 (inc Vat) for weekend events. The venue is permanently installed and includes power, water, toilets, furniture, lighting, sound system etc. Couples will need to hire in all other outside suppliers including caterers, florists, DJs, bar facilites etc. but with no restrictions on who those suppliers are.

Charlie and the team are brilliant, so down to earth and just genuinely great people - very easy to talk to and answered all our questions quickly - an absolute pleasure to deal with. The venue itself is unique in our opinion. The setting is absolutely stunning. The tipi and supporting infrastructure really has been perfected over the years.We had our wedding reception here in May 2023 and choosing this venue was the best decision we made. Charlie and the team are brilliant, so down to earth and just genuinely great people - very easy to talk to and answered all our questions quickly - an absolute pleasure to deal with. Hadsham Farm Weddings is the perfect DIY venue. Charlie has provided all the basic requirements for a DIY wedding to a very high standard such as toilets, a catering cabin, a stunning outdoor decking area and a huge car park. He has then left all the exciting creative bits to you allowing you to do whatever you want to make the day personal and unique.This is such a unique and special venue and we feel very privileged to have had our wedding here. Hadsham Farm Weddings is the perfect DIY venue. Charlie has provided all the basic requirements for a DIY wedding to a very high standard such as toilets, a catering cabin, a stunning outdoor decking area and a huge car park. He has then left all the exciting creative bits to you allowing you to do whatever you want to make the day personal and unique.

The venue is stunning, has everything you need and is dry hire so we could do what we wanted. Loved the shepherds hut for us, and the tents for guests were so lovely. Every supplier said to us this was the best venue they had been to, it truly is breath taking. Charlie is fantastic to work with, thank you for letting us get married in our own little piece of heaven.The best wedding venue in the world. I was so lucky to be married here last week. The venue was everything we had dreamt of and more. What Charlie has created is an incredible venue where you really don't have to do anything, but everyone does, and puts their stamp on it. All our guests said it was an amazing venue, like no wedding that they had been to, topped off surrounded by the beautiful countryside!What a weekend, what a day, what a wedding and lastly what a party!! All you could ever want from a dry hire wedding venue… we were able to choose every supplier we wanted for the food / bar / music without any restrictions, which makes it super personal to you as a couple. We stayed on site in the lovely shepherd hut, and our guests stayed in the bell tents which is convenient for everyone. We also had a brilliant live band and it sounded amazing in the tipis. We feel super lucky!The best wedding venue ever! The location is stunning and there are so many options for how you can plan and configure your special day. Hadsham Farm were such great hosts, always there to help if needed. The bell tent accommodation is fantastic as well - clean, warm and lovely facilities. I also love the personal touch of being able to set the tipi up to your own style. We’ve photographed weddings at Hadsham countless times and absolutely adore this venue. It is such a beautiful setting but not only that, every couple can truly make it their own. We’ve been to so many wedding venues, where couples just don’t have the freedom to create their day how they actually want to. It is the best wedding venue you could choose! Myself and husband had the most incredible wedding, filled with love, fun, wild party and a relaxed atmosphere that had people calling it the best wedding they've ever been to. You have the ability to really let you imagination go wild and bring any vision to life. Charlie is the biggest support in the lead up to the wedding, with no question too big or small for him to help with. The prop store and additional hire items are really helpful so you don't have to hire everything in. We did hire more chairs in to deliver our vision of long tables and it worked really well for the sharing meal we had (we had 100 people). Charlie knew the vendors well and the chairs were there the Friday we arrived after being delivered early. The whole operation was so slick. Charlie has thought of everything, with the infrastructure on site, really well maintained grounds, tables, kitchen / food prep area and the walk in drinks fridge was perfect for all the booze we brought with. It was a bonus that you have it Friday - Sunday as it extends the weekend and means you don't have 12 hours onsite before you're booted out. The friday was so much fun setting up with friends and family. Thank you Charlie and family for letting us have a wedding truly personalised to our tastes, and for providing the most beautiful and epic venue!If you're considering Hadsham Farm, don't think twice. It is the best wedding venue you could choose! Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
One of the best weddings ever was in 2024 - the couple were huge EDM fans and created a fabulous festival wedding which was a riot of music, colour, flowers and glitter! I've never seen a better example of two people putting their own stamp on our venue!
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Relax - it's just a party! People get very wound up by all the planning - try to remember that it's just 4 things to make a great wedding - stunning venue (tick), food, drinks, music! Beyond that, relax, the details and decorations are all a bonus!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Smoke bomb photos of newlywed couples look fabulous against the countryside backdrop.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
The lakeside, looking back across the water at the Tipi, or watching the sun set at the end of the valley - again, across the lake :-)
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
No idea - it's a private event for our customers so I wouldn't know!
What’s your favourite canapé?
Substantial ones! They fill guests up and then they don't need a starter!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Wood-fired pizza every time!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The private secluded valley with the stunning Tipi set-up overlooking the lake.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
That we set it all up ourselves from scratch. On the family farm. And people really do love the lakeside setting! Prior to putting in the lake it was just a wet and boggy valley!
