Set within 20 acres of countryside, this idyllic setting provides a breathtaking backdrop for unforgettable celebrations.

The beautifully restored former horse stud offers a range of thoughtfully designed spaces to host every moment of your wedding day, all in one seamless location. Woodstock is exclusively yours for the whole of your wedding day, through to the following morning.
Start the morning in style in our two beautiful and calm getting ready spaces, enjoying the peace of the rural morning.
We offer the option of beautiful on site ceremonies at Woodstock in the beautiful barn space or serene outdoor garden. Should you prefer a church wedding, there are a number of lovely churches close at hand, including the nearby Church of the Holy Evangelists in Shipton-by-Beningbrough, only a minute's drive from Woodstock.
Continue your celebrations on the stylish outdoor terrace, with drinks and impeccable service at our main bar and separate Tiki-style cocktail bar.
The elegant and rustic barn venue space allows the day to flow from the wedding breakfast seamlessly into the evening celebrations. Fully heated and air-conditioned, your guests will enjoy the day in total comfort, with a cosy mezzanine lounge area overlooking the dancefloor.
With capacity for between 50 and 270 guests, our flexibility means that you can have an intimate atmosphere for any number of guests with plenty of room for dining, dancing and celebrating.
When the evening finishes, continue the celebrations with your nearest and dearest in our four on-site accommodation rooms, which are included in the venue hire.

At Woodstock, every wedding is personal. We are a family owned and run venue and pride ourselves on our detailed and warm approach. We are dedicated to creating a bespoke celebration that reflects your vision, style, and story as a couple.
Couples can work closely with Woodstock's trusted catering partner, F4D Events, to curate a custom menu, whether you envision relaxed sharing plates or a refined formal dining experience.
We provide tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, ambient lighting, interior and exterior décor, and set and co-ordination — ensuring every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, so you can relax and enjoy every moment of your day.

From the day we went to view the venue I knew it was the one. There was no stress in relation to the run up to the wedding, table decor and the planning. Janice took care of it all. The day ran so smoothly. Janice and Daisy were there every step of the way. All the staff were lovely. We knew we wanted a winter wedding, and Woodstock leant itself perfectly to that. All the guests asked how we found it and kept telling me how beautiful it was. Also Janice and her staff 😍😍😍 absolutely out of this world. Such wonderful happy people who clearly love their job!!!! I didn’t have to do anything they all made sure everything was perfect and that I didn’t worry about any of it.
