Brought to you by one of the UK’s most established wedding venue groups, Country House
Weddings, Bourton Hall is the newest venue to be added to a premier collection of beautiful
exclusive-use wedding venues across England. Spanning over 30 years, CHW venues hold exclusively
weddings and are exclusively yours for the day.
With a wealth of history, character and Italianate features, Bourton Hall can be found nestled on a
ridge overlooking Draycote Water in Warwickshire. Exclusive use of house and grounds, and
expansive views allow for flawless photograph opportunities, or for winter weddings enjoy the
variety of elegant & spacious reception rooms, each with stunning period features. Your guests can
enjoy a tipple in the Champagne Bar upon arrival before crossing the Italianate Gallery to the
spectacular Former-Catholic Chapel, complete with its stunningly ornate wood and gold leaf ceiling,
for a truly memorable wedding ceremony. The Portico adjoining the front terrace is an idyllic outside
ceremony setting for sunnier days. Dine in style in the Banqueting Hall with striking views across the
valley, then party the night away in the Vault Disco Bar.
Finally, with plentiful on-site accommodation, for you and your guests to retreat to at the end of the
day, this venue really does have everything you’re dreaming of and more.
We held our first wedding in November 2020, and we are holding on-site viewings under
covid-secure conditions, as well as private virtual tours from the comfort & safety of your home.

- AAsh & chris26/10/2025Read all the reviews.Read all the reviews.Sorry to say that as far as venues go this has the look but not the touch, the staff are unable to deliver what’s promised and when challenged try to white wash your concerns with things they can not deliver. From rushed checkouts by unprofessional staff from the coach house on the morning of the wedding to rooms that where not ready in the main hall. I would think long and hard about this venue if this is a day you’re only planning on doing once. The staff have no communication or decorum when approaching issues, as we had had to have a guest leave our wedding mud service to sort out an oversight by the wedding planner. Having been married less than 4 hours the hall almost kill my husband by serving fish to him when it was well documented he is hyper allergic to fish. We found bar staff change prices on drinks and could not make cocktails or mixers when requested. The lack of experience and knowledge despite being told they had been on extensive courses to ensure they have the required knowledge. If I could go back and change the venue I would run a mile from this one. Whilst Bourton hall promised to offer the world it felt more like they offered us what they could be bothered with on the day. The food was wrong, this was a big thing I’m allergic to Fish , stayed it from the start , to avoid issues we selected all meals without fish, however it still managed to find its way onto our evening buffet meal in the form of salmon on an open eat buffet which meant I couldn’t eat anything. The starters weren’t what we paid for, the cleaning staff were rude and liars , telling my party and I on the night before our wedding to get out of the coach house because they needed to prepare for the next guests. (Spoke to a manager since and he says they couldn’t have said that as the next guests weren’t using the coach house . So apparently me and my guests are liars. The bat sold drinks to my 16 yer old niece and her friends when I categorically stated not to. My wedding planner started an arguement in the Chappell with my husband in front of all our guests 30 seconds before I was to walk down the aisle. Heated is an understatement ! The staff had an issue all night after that altercation . Rooms I paid for were unused because my guests were told their names were not on the list they certainly were . Champagne paid for wasn’t delivered to the rooms. All in all the day was ok because my guests and my husband made it ok , but I would never recommend to another lgbt member ( none of their promotional catalogues had gay couples or ethnic couples pictured) it felt extremely uncomfortable to say the least even though I was assured they were very accomplished and accommodating it certainly did not feel that way. Complained to the manager since as stated above, nothing has been resolved no apology , just our deposit offered back to us 3 weeks after the wedding. Had I have trusted my gut from the start I’d sooner have gotten married in a barn . Bourton hall is a beautiful venue with most incredible indoor interior and grounds for those perfect wedding photos/videos. Our day was stress free and went seamlessly! All the staff at Bourton Hall are exceptional and go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. The process From start to finish has been stressful and easy.Bourton allocate you a wedding manager which is totally a weight in gold, they see your vision and make it happen. The food was beautiful and very well presented we had many compliments from our guest on the food. I wish I could do it all over again :) 1000% recommend this exquisite place We got married at bourton Hall September 2025 I can truly say we had the most magical day! I honestly can't say anything negative about Bourton Hall - from our very first show round to our first planning meeting and the big day itself, they were perfect from start to finish. The entire team really look after you and makes you feel like you're Lord and Lady Bourton for the day. Everything from the decor, to the waiting staff and bar staff was incredible. I have to make a special shout-out to the chefs - the food was INCREDIBLE! I've been to a few weddings where it's not been great, but honestly, the food on our wedding day was perfect and delicious. The canapes, the wedding breakfast and the evening food were top notch and we're still getting comments from family and friends about how it was the best wedding food they've had. Finally, I have to say our personal wedding manager, Harminder, was just the best. From our first planning meeting to the big day itself, he was just perfect. He really helped us organise our big day to a T and really made it extra special. He was a step ahead of everything and made our day so stress-free. He checked in with us throughout the day to make sure we were happy and just kept the day smooth-flowing. He was brilliant. He really took care of us and cared about what we wanted and made it happen; he really felt like our wedding planner. If you're lucky if enough to have Harminder be your personal wedding manager, you're in the best hands. We'll be forever grateful to Bourton Hall and their fantastic team for making our day truly special and one to remember - Thank you to you all. But Emily and the team went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. Like a well oiled machine, they anticipated our every need and took such great care of us and our guests. As the Bride and Groom we were made to feel like nothing was too much to ask and they couldn't do enough to make us feel special.
