Creating your dream wedding day is what we specialise in. At Mosborough Hall we offer an exclusive wedding policy, meaning you will be the only wedding taking place, you will have our full dedication. Located in South Yorkshire, yet on the Derbyshire boarder and a short drive from the Peak District, its the perfect location for your perfect day.
The original house is home to your Ready Room, a mirrored room, with everything you need for you and your wedding party to enjoy fizz and prepare for the day ahead.
The Haddon Suite; a beautifully converted stable is full of history with exposed brick its a timeless venue for your wedding ceremony. Alternatively you can choose our Garden Pavilion, our outside setting for your ceremony.
The grounds are perfect for your wedding images and guests to enjoy Canapes, we even have a treasure hunt for the children to keep them entertained.
Your Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception can be enjoyed within our Chatsworth Suite. Located in the grounds away from the main hotel, you can celebrate in style. Comprising of its own private bar, private courtyard, mirror ball, dance floor, and even its own pizza oven. This venue is everything you would have wished for and more.
Our dedicated head chef, will also work with you to ensure any menu requests you may have are met, he is happy to have meetings with you should you wish and will look forward to welcoming you before the day for your taster session.
We understand how special this day is, and how the important things can't be overlooked and therefore we allow confetti, candelabras & candles to name just a few, we will work with you to ensure everything is orgnaised exactly how you wish.
Mosborough Hall has to be seen, and we really do hope we can welcome you to show you just how we can make your wedding wonderful.

- AAmy & Craig11/11/2025Mr & Mrs!Mr & Mrs!We had our wedding day at Mosborough Hall on 24.07.25. Our day went perfect from start to finish and it was all down to Janine who ran the day smoothly. She checked in with both of us constantly, asking if there was anything we needed each time. I'm so glad so she was assigned to look after us for the day, she was very professional and caring. The Wedding breakfast was beautiful.The stone baked pizzas during the night were a massive hit with our guests, would highly recommend these to everyone.We had our wedding day at Mosborough Hall on 24.07.25. The staff were absolutely amazing especially Allison from start to finish. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel so comfortable. They replied to all my emails super quickly, were really helpful with my parents who also had a lot of questions, and made sure the day ran smoothly. They accommodated any changes we made and made sure my now husband had decent vegan options to eat for his meal. On the day Janine was excellent. She was calm and helpful, telling where we needed to go and what to do etc. Everything ran to time apart from letting us back in the room after the meal. This was the only thing that I would say needed improving as there were around 100 guests waiting outside, which was a bit of a squeeze!! Other than that we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Thank you so much everyone!Kayleigh and Alison have been brilliant wedding planners from start to finish. On the day the service went smoothly and the food was superb. The staff could not have been more helpful, everyone had a smile and wished us well. Angela in particular made the day go very smoothly. All in all we thoroughly recommend the Best Western Mosborough Hall, for a wedding, having the service and reception all in one place was ideal, all at a very reasonable price in a beautiful place.We had a beautiful day, we stayed over night the night before, lovely clean room and great food. Both wedding co ordinators Alison & Kayleigh smashed every request we had and we so on point with everything like a military operation! And Janine who saved the day, my husbands button popped off before the ceremony and she just appeared from nowhere with a needle and thread - superstar! She controlled the service of the day and the food was SO good! All our guests commented on how amazing it was! Such a stunning venue but the team there make it everything and more - forever grateful to you all at MH!The BEST venue to get married!! They couldn’t do enough for us on both the run up to the big day and faultlessly organised the day! On the day all we had to do was turn up- everything was sorted and set up just as we had asked. Nothing was too much to ask of the staff and they made our day absolutely magical. Kayleigh, Erica, Janine and the staff serving food and drinks on the day never stopped and many of our guests commented on the fantastic service throughout the day. Thank you ever so much for a brilliant day!We held our wedding day here and Mosborough Hall were absolutely amazing. We cannot stop talking about how much of a good choice we made having our wedding at this venue. We arrived on the Friday night with a big group of friends and family. Our guests all got rooms at a discounted price as this was part of our wedding package, therefore a Friday evening meal was included. Due to there being so many of us, we got placed in a private room. I had sent Kayleigh a table plan of how I would like everyone to be seated. This was all sorted for me and it was very successful. We had a three course meal which everyone thoroughly enjoyed (the food is lovely!). On the Saturday, myself and my bridesmaids got ready in the dressing room. We were able to just take ourselves up there, it was ready for us that morning. Mosborough brought breakfast up to us and kept checking in on us to ensure we didn’t need anything. Every member of staff we spoke to on that day was very welcoming and friendly. The rest of the guests all had rooms close by which made it easier for them. They also had a lovely chilled morning, went down for breakfast and got ready in a calm environment. The venue was set up exactly how we asked. I cannot fault Mosborough one bit. They listened to us and got everything correct! I didn’t even need to worry about anything! So many of our guests complemented the venue. Thank you for making our day as spectacular as it was! A big thank you to Kayleigh for organising everything and Chloe and Erika who was there on our special day also ensuring everything ran smoothly. Erika took care of taking all th extra bits we had bought (table numbers, name cards, memory table) on the Friday night to make sure it was all set up correctly for the Saturday. Chloe was fantastic! We met her on our final details meeting and instantly got a good vibe of her. She told us if we would like to request for her to be there on our wedding that she would. We did and she was there which was great having a familiar face on our wedding day. Chloe even came to say goodbye when her shift was over and congratulated us. Kayleigh supported in communicating with our suppliers so the day was smooth from start to finish. I was impressed with the ‘final details meeting’ we had in which the whole day was mapped out.
