At The Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria Hotel, each wedding is as individual as the couple themselves; we offer a totally unique experience for all our clients. Our dedicated wedding co-ordinator is always on hand to suggest, arrange and oversee, ensuring the best always comes as standard. The Royal Victoria Hotel is a picture postcard beautiful hotel; the ideal setting for the photographer to capture pictures to treasure; in short it is the perfect romantic place for you to spend your special day. We can cater to intimate weddings from 10 people to larger celebrations of up to 270 people* - Picturesque and charming Grade II listed venue provides a stunning backdrop for unforgettable wedding celebrations. - Options for outdoor drinks reception, weather permitting. - Civil licence to hold ceremonies at the hotel. - Experienced and dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator on hand to advise, recommend and support you right through the planning stages to the "Big Day"! - 105 elegantly decorated bedrooms. - We only take one wedding per day.

Not only is it a beautiful building with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for photos, but the organisation and the day itself was absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, Jess, the wedding coordinator, was friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout the planning process. She always answered our questions, offered great ideas, and gave thoughtful advice on what would work best for our day. She also coordinated seamlessly with our other suppliers, including SarahB Events, which made everything feel stress-free. We truly felt that our needs were listened to, and we really appreciated the flexibility on offer, from the food options to how the day was run. There's also a good choice of rooms meaning the can cater small, medium and large weddings. On the day itself, everything ran smoothly and to schedule, without ever feeling rushed. All the staff were fantastic, reception, bar, and wait staff, making us feel special and ensuring our guests felt welcome. Jess and her team set up the venue exactly as we had envisioned, with every detail, from centerpieces to favours and décor perfectly in place. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. We also used the hotels DJ service and he paid close attention to our likes and dislikes, creating a great atmosphere that kept everyone enjoying themselves. Our guests have all commented on how much they enjoyed the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning their wedding. We started our planning with Emily and had a smooth transition over to Jess but both are amazing! Jess made the planning of our big day so easy and made me feel so at ease. Jess answered all my enquires and I seriously couldn’t have done it without her help. Throughout our day Jess made sure everything went perfect and it certainly did. The food menu was amazing and all our guest said their meal was beautiful. All the decorations I had put together was put out just how I wanted it and more.
